Michael helped set up my family of five with an affordable cell plan last August and recently I went back for The Source and spoke to him about our home internet and television plan. He was extremely knowledgeable about different plans from different providers and advised me on the best plan for my family. In both occasions Micheal set us up with a plan with all the options we wanted and has saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Michael at The Source in Dundas to set you and your family up with a good cell phone plan and home internet/tv provider.

Seniors beware. This store convinced my elderly aunt to change all her services to Bell from Cogeco. She came in needing a battery for a handset and went out with a new way to telecommunicate. You decide if that constitutes good customer service. Thanks to Ali, the associate who would not answer me when i asked if he would serve his own grandmother the same way.

PATHETIC STORE. Website said you had what I wanted in stock…get to the store and you have to ring a door bell for an employee to come out of the back to let you in the store. Can’t even walk in and browse. Get in the store and employee tells me what I am looking for and is not in stock and that I should refresh the website…I refreshed on my way over less than 5 minutes earlier. Will never shop here again. Would rather go to Amazon, Bestbuy or anywhere else.

Needed a wifi adapter usb for my computer. Several to choose from. Staff (Ali according to our receipt) was very helpful! The adapter is working perfectly on my computer now!

The manager Ali (I think that was his name) was very rude to the new employee who was very helpful to us. Told us it was his second day. He was doing a Great job. Ali talked down to him for printing a gift receipt. it was very unprofessional in front of a customer. He humiliated the poor kid. I won’t be shopping at the source Dundas. Hope that manager can lean to treat people better.

I had a great experience today thanks to Michael and Jacob. Jacob was able to find us two Apple Watches on sale and they even had a PS5 in stock! Which we happily bought. Michael reminded Jacob that they can offer us a discount based off the fact that we have an account with bell. Both of them were very helpful and Michael was super relatable and had a great sense of humour. He was just as excited about us getting the PS5 as we were. Great customer service from everyone, even Ali who helped us out as well.
