Rochester Place Campgrounds

Camped here for 3 nights very beautiful and nice place, 9/10 for the atmosphere. However the seasonals seem to have their noses high in the air as you walk by their lots, walk into the restaurant patio (even though we were nicely dressed) and when we went to the pool. It rained for a good 5 hours, we were in lot 88 and every lot around us had about a foot of water in it, put a damper on that night because the rain did clear around 6 pm but we couldn't do anything outside because of the water. They have storm drains on a few lots but they obviously didnt work that well. We were sitting under the awning around 11:30 pm and the trailer park supervisor told us to turn off the radio, even though it was very quiet (we were sitting 2 feet from the speaker and were trying to respect the quiet hours with a little background noise) and he had to stop his eletric golf cart to hear it from the road. The next time he came around he then told us we MUST turn off our outside mood light. I thought this was ridiculous because we had no neighbors and the closest people were in a trailer 3 lots over, no way we were bothering them. I might come back here but I'd definitely watch the weather or get a different area

It's a beautiful camp ground. They have volleyball a swimming pool and it's right next to a golf course. Very well maintained good prices, they have great washroom and shower facilities if needed. A boat ramp and a main hall for events and bands. We will going back every year now for camping and golfing. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful place!!! Highly recommend. If you're staying here and fishing from shore check out Lighthouse Cove and the Belle River Marina!!! Muskie fishing is great on the lake!!

Great clean park ,pool is heated and huge . The resturaunt is fantastic golf course looks gorgeous always seems busy .They have boat wells here and the river leads to Lake St Clair . I have a few complaints the WIFIis terrible if it was a hotel you would ask for money off your room and seems like they always have a leaf blower going every morning from 530 till 10am I don't know what needs blowing at 6am

If you are looking for something a bit better than the usual campgrounds you need to come here! It's well kept,friendly staff (especially Janet and Nicole are super nice and helpful),nice pool and they have beautiful cottages you can rent as well or buy. There is an amazing golf course and the food at the restaurant is so good. You can also bring your boat! Pool with a mini splash pad a park and lots of kids activities on the weekends. What more can you ask for? It's a wonderful place!

Went for Mother's Day brunch. The food was great, with a wide selection of meats, cooked veggies, desserts, and our waitress Maya was very attentive to our table, worked hard, and was good at her job.

Only stayed for a weekend but found the rates very reasonable for the amenities offered. Beautiful pool, nice gold course and boat parking (if you are into that!). Big dollars being invested currently. Curious to see what this place looks like in a few years.

Nice spot. Our site didn't have a picnic table or fire pit when we arrived. Called and within 5 minutes had a fire ring and table. Lifeguard on duty all day at the pool. Going back again in a month.

Beautiful seasonal resort with very nice golf course course. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool as well.
