Service was excellent- very accommodating to folks on a limited schedule.Food is standard pub fare, competently done - a little heavy on the salad dressing. Atmosphere was good - not too loud to have conversation over dinner.

Waited over 25 minutes for food, only to receive cold food. Spoke to the manager" Rachel and I use that term loosely as she was probably one of the most unprofessional servers I have ever encountered. I attempted to speak to her about her lack of professionalism and she proceeded to tell me I was causing a scene when I didn't even raise my voice once. We ended up leaving without finishing our meal. After over 15 years of enjoying this establishment I won't be back. Very disheartening as I have loved this place but if this is the kind of staff they are hiring now not worth going to."

Love this place! I've been going here for years. The food is good, the prices are great and the atmosphere is relaxing. They usually have deal's on for each day of the week. They have an outdoor patio as well. The servers are very polite! Definitely a must try if you're downtown.

Came here a couple weeks back, Great patio seating and cool place to come hang out with friends. Food was great and nice selection of cocktails! Definitely get their spinach artichoke dip when you are here! It tastes so good!!

Winks is awesome! Excellent bar food, drinks and prices! The patio is surrounded by green bushes, which blocks the downtown noise, and the rock music is great! We will definitely be back again and again. (My only suggestion for improvement is to increase the music volume on the patio).

What a great spot! Patio is a cozy hang out. Loads of drink and food selection. Fast friendly service. We gathered after a Gremlin’s Thursday night ride and even with the size of our group, and rain near the end, the team smiled and wished us well while they served quick and efficiently. Thank you!

Been going to winks for years . The main bartender , Nate is amazing. The servers are all very friendly and efficient. I’ve been in the industry over a decade and winks is my choice every night I want to head downtown. Their food is great. Big portions , quality and unique compared to other Richmond row bars. This is also a bar that is considerate of the well being of their guests . Any mishaps are taken care of asap, you’ll feel safe here .

I like winks they always have live music and everyone is really nice, but if you want 5 start get some mint and make me a mojito please.( Update) they get five stars, not because they got mint, but because their breakfast is amazing. If you haven't given it a thought you should! 10/10
