I give these guys a 10. Their customer service is fantastic. However I give Koodo as a company a big fat ZERO. There is no longer a choice of plans you HAVE to pay 60$ for a plan and a 50$ connection fee. I won't be back.

The staff behind the counter seem to have attitude issues every so often, and are not entirely knowledgeable. If you call in to the booth at the mall, you will be greeted immediately with an attitude %70 of the time. Whenever I have a quick question about my plan and coverage they always send me to customer service line instead actually helping me, and it's not a big request either. It feels like there is a lack of care for customers. But the customers support they make you call is always friendly and willing to help, more so than the folks at the booth.

In my honest opinion, this is the only way to deal with Telus/Koodo customer service. I have wasted many many hours of my life trying to deal with both online and telephone support services provided by Telus/Koodo and almost never actually get any results. Every single time I have gone into the Koodo Shop they have solved my issues and sent me away happy in under 10 minutes. Excellent and knowledgeable support team well versed in serving the individual customer. Will definitely consider Koodo as the front runner for my next upgrade based solely on the service provided at the Koodo Shop.

This is one of the few reviews i've ever written and it's because of the outstanding service Travis gave me...Truly went above and beyond, taking the time to really help me even though there were other customers in line. Genuine bloke and really knowledgeable. Not something you see to often these days when dealing with Telecom companies. When it's time to upgrade my phone, I'll be back.

I've been dealing with this particular store for probably 15 years now and always have had good experiences for the most part. Today I dealt with Zelda and she went over and above in my honest opinion, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to set me up with a new phone and get everything transferred from one phone to the other after it had received water damage the day before. I will definitely be getting another phone from her when it is required. Thank you
