Imperial Suites

I stayed at one of their suites in downtown Calgary over the summer during the pandemic and cannot speak highly enough of the facility and the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and flexible during an uneasy time. I would give more stars if I could, and will definitely work with them again whenever I am visiting my home city again.

I stayed in a corporate apartment provided by imperial suites and would never ever recommend them due to unnecessary damage charges that they put on me. They first report about damage for mattress and when i asked they said there is a stain on it but when i checked the same, there was nothing at all and even their housekeeping supervisor did check and confirm that there was nothing. Still, they put a heavy charge on me for that.Then afterwards when i left the property, they put charge of dish washer (which we never used) on us saying that there is leakage etc.I wouldn't recommend imperial suite to anyone.

Imperial Suites has great rates and units all around Calgary, not just downtown. They also have different kinds of units like apartments and houses. I really like the selection and they do take care of you during your stay. Thank you Shannon for helping us!!

Outstanding service and staff at Imperial Suites. Also their apartments are clean, well cared for and well fitted out. Terrific location too. Had my elderly parents staying in the apt while their own was being renovated. Shannon IS manager, and Sheldon our concierge were so helpful with arrangements and understanding the complications. They made a difficult process so much easier. Highly recommend Imperial Suites, and would use again in a heart beat.

I stayed in temporary accommodations through Imperial Suites for 3 months during a company relocation. Imperial Suites were extremely accommodating and prompt. For example, while working from home due to the pandemic we had issues with the internet connection and our contact at Imperial Suites quickly resolved the issue when notified. They were also very accommodating with changing the move out date when we secured permanent accommodations. I would highly recommend this company for short term housing.

We stayed January/February 2015 in a very nice apartment downtown Calgary. It was really comfortable, the garage was a big plus. It had everything you could have in a normal home, full kitchen, good TV, towels etc. When we needed something, we called Imperial Office and they responded immediately. The cleaning team once per week was wonderful too. The apartment had also a washer and dryer, this was like icing on the cake" for us since we had only one piece of luggage while waiting for our container to arrive from overseas. In general we had a very good time living in downtown Calgary and Imperial Suites provided us with and excellent service."

I had a wonderful experience with Imperial Suites in Calgary in Jan-Feb 2015. The suite was clean, bright, well-equipped and everything functioned perfectly. Housekeeping came once a week. When I asked if Imperial had a humidifier available, one was delivered the next day, making my wintertime stay much more comfortable. The staff I worked with have all been very warm, welcoming and helpful - from reservations to onsite orientation, billing and follow-up. It was such a good experience, I'm coming back again soon.

This was no different with Imperial Suites. I was up front about what my desires were throughout the 15 month length of stay. And I must say that on no occasion did the staff at Imperial Suites fail to satisfy my requests. Even when they could not meet them perfectly, they explained in great detail the length of their effort and the reason why they could not grant my request.I follow the same path with my clients; honest and up front with all communication and strive very hard to satisfy their needs. Thanks to the outstanding staff at Imperial Suites, my stay was absolutely flawless and should I need short-term housing in the future, I will not hesitate to call upon them first.Regards,Ray

My house had a sewage backup just before christmas and my children and I needed a place to stay long term while our home was being repaired. I first looked at AIR BNB's, none fit my needs. We needed to feel at home. Since this happened very unexpectedly, I was worried I would be staying in a hotel for awhile just trying to find accomodations.... but when I called Imperial Suites, they were able to check me into a beautiful executive townhome in Calgary, very close to downtown, the same day! I met a lovely young lady there who showed me the home and explained important information regarding the rental to me. I was provided with a binder that also contained all information regarding condo rules, stay expectations, wifi information, bus route/fare information,and even local restaurant/grocery stores and directions to walk to them! They dealt with and billed my insurance directly, making sure that I was not to go over the amount insurance would cover and keeping me informed. Check out was very simple! I really enjoyed our stay, especially since it was over the holidays, it meant a lot! Stress free while my house was being repaired, what more could I ask for!

My family and I stayed in a beautiful suite it was very clean and way nicer then any hotel it felt like a home away from home. I would recommend imperial suites to anyone and everyone, and the staff are so friendly. Thank you again for such a love experience.
