BED BUG WARNINGStay away from this dirty place! It is absolutely infested with bed bugs.. Because I had to stay there for a week.. Ive been dealing with bed bugs for 4 years.. After throwing away most of my things and becoming minimalist It's not really a problem anymore. Though I'm still skeptical because its an on off issues after months at a time. Its been tedious work trying to save some of my things. Ive lost so much. Please do not stay here. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else :(

Room 25 very clean and good air conditioner, the manager is a very good person.

Stay was ok but still owe me $20 from the deposit they did not have to give back to me.

They are scammers. Told me to leave a $100 dollar deposit. I left the room in tip top shop with no smoke or damages. They refused to return my money deposit back. They're greedy and only care about the money. Disappointed at the way I've been treated and lied to. I'm still waiting for my deposit back. They even complained about washing the sheets for the next person. Dirty and scammers.

Cheap India guy...put my sandwich on the night table hours later 3 coachroaches were eating eat,.. opened fridge had coachroaches coming out of it...mattress is so used ppl throw out nicer ones...bedbugs. shady addicts roaming around...1 star is 1 too many, liar and a thief curry smell everywhere

Spent 5 nites at the Wayfare, doing an art mural project in Guelph, great location, lighting was kinda dim, but still comfortable. There, we will be going back into Guelph for a 2 day project at Guelph U. Booked a room again for 2 nites. Staff was courteous and friendly. Be there tomorrow around 5pm. Everything was booked under my partners name.

The worst service in all of Guelph. Rude and in organized. The worst part is the sheets are never cleaned after a stay they reuse it. Discussed and disappointed.

We arrived quite late, but the gentleman was very courteous. The room had a high ceiling and a large washroom. We had a quiet night and the same gentleman was very friendly Thanks

I did not personally stay as an occupant at this location.I did however pick up a patron . These were the photos I took specifically for review.As noted the unit is not regularly cleaned.The toilet bowl and kitchenette sink not been cleaned thoroughly on a regular basisFurthermore the microwave inside ( unpictured) and refrigerator has had dirt accumulated for a significant amount of time.The bathroom door and walls are visibly filthy with a very poor patch jobThe seat provided has significant stains of an unknown substance.There is a crack in the window, as well there was garbage underneath the bed.The towels had not been washed as they had stains that were dried on. The towels were hard.Also the curtains were stained as well.There is no debolt lock just a standard handle lockPatron complained arguing and fighting around 11pm the night of

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this motel. Friendly. Clean. Affordable rates.
