Brent helped us with our first mortgage 10 years ago and now found a great rate for the re-mortgage. He found a better rate then what the banks would offer us. Vertuity also helped us navigate through some complications in the process. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be in the (much better)position we are in now. Thanks guys!!!

Service with Vertuity is top notch! Highly recommend using Brent and Todd. As a first time home buyer, Todd was excellent in helping educate me on the process of obtaining a mortgage. He did not push rates on me and was very open about everything . He provided comfort that the banks could not provide me. Next time I'm looking for a mortgage, they will be the first people I will contact. I will refer Vertuity to all my friends!

Todd was incredibly helpful with our first mortgage! Explained any questions we had, and made the whole experience as stress-free from his end as we could ask for. Worked hard to get us as low of an interest rate as possible, and much lower than we were expecting. He also came in to the office on the weekend, to be as accommodating as possible to our hectic schedules. Definitely will recommend to friends and family in the future!

Once our mortgage was due for refinancing we looked into all the major banks and found that the rates they offered were all the same. Because our credit rating is very good, Vertuity was able to find us a rate that was much lower than the banks. We are saving $14000 over the banks rate on the term of the loan. Todd is excellent to deal with and it was a seamless transaction. Highly recommend dealing with Vertuity.Chris Stanton

Matt Wozniak is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful broker. We used him when we bought our first home together, when we had to transfer the mortgage to a new home, and are in the process of using him again to purchase a new home. We are a military couple and Matt makes the posting/moving process much easier. He is well organized and ensures that we were aware of all the proper steps we needed to take to ensure the process goes smoothly. Matt deserves more then 5 stars. We would highly recommend working with him when needing a new mortgage or to refinance
