I had a wonderful experience using Brenton as my selling agent. He went above and beyond expectation, as I had moved out of province, and he made this sale as smooth as possible for me. It is a great pleasure to extend my thanks and compliments to Brenton Krol and his assistant Cassie Stuckless for their amazing work and support in my successful purchase of a property in Girouxville, Alberta.It is important to note that I live in the Yukon and for personal reasons I was unable to travel to Alberta to see any properties before purchasing. Therefore, I have not met either Brenton or Cassie in person.I contacted Brenton in early October, outlined what I was looking for, and immediately received a listing of possibilities. From the get-go, Brenton put every effort into answering all my questions and concerns, even though he was not the listing realtor on many of these properties. I chose a home mid November and only with Brenton’s hard work were we able to negotiate a possession date of February 2, 2023 which was crucially important to me.He took time from a busy schedule to drive 170km to be at the Home Inspection on my behalf which turned up an hiccup or two. With grace and diplomacy, he satisfactorily negotiated all outstanding issues with the seller and listing realtor for final approval and sale.Every successful leader has a great “behind the scenes person” and Assistant Cassie Stuckless is that person on the team.
