Brytor International Moving
Extreme delays and very high demurrage charges without any updates during the process. There is no way of really knowing who is responsible for the delays because it's unclear if they are actually doing anything to get your container out of the port. I do not recommend this company. I've been waiting for my things for a month since they actually arrived in Canada. They do not deliver anything close to peace of mind.Update: my experience only kept getting worst. The move ended up costing double of what we expected with fees and sanctions that we never got details about. We had to pay another company to take the boxes and plastic and we had to put together our furniture by ourselves (they charge extra for this. I truly do not recommend this company.

Brytor was very responsive, clear, capable and helpful in all stages of the moving process. It gave an offer quickly, it was fast in providing clarifications, they were very helpful on the phone, they explained the customs process and gave invaluable advice, and finally, on the day of the move, they sent our stuff with two very careful and experienced workers, who were able to fit all our household items in the limited space of a small storage unit. Plus, they gave us a discount when we said we didn't need all the services in their original offer. All and all, very professional in all stages of the move, and very quick to respond and provide detail and guidance as needed.

I moved to Toronto a couple months back now and I've contacted a french company to help me move. The french part went wonderfully, however, when Brytor came into the picture and took the lead on the move once the boat reached Canada, it became a nightmare. They barely reply to email and I have to constantly harass them to get information. Once I reached them on the phone, my contact (Hector) was not polite or friendly or understanding. He was very dismissive and told me that I should hear back two days later to clear custom. It took two weeks before I actually heard back and I sent him multiple emails in between and even called. I could sense on the phone that he was bothered.I finally got that email to go clear custom on a Thursday afternoon and the Brytor contact rushed me to go to Mississauga early the next morning to avoid rejection of customs clearance". I complied and went there the next morning at 8:30am. I cleared custom

I used Brytor to move from Canada to Europe. They originally agreed to assist with the shipment of household items as well as rifles and provided a quote on that basis. They then told me they couldn't assist with the rifles and refused a reduced quote, despite offering less of a service. The insurance we purchased with them was not communicated to us accurately; we were told that if anything is missing on receipt, the insurance we paid would cover it. This was incorrect, as we had some items missing and the insurance company refused to cover them, as there were no entire boxes missing. The movers in Toronto put a large hole (c.6x3 inches) in the drywall of my living room whilst moving my sofa and didn't tell us, we only saw it when they left. Brytor did then give us a small amount (not enough to get someone in to repair it) to acknowledge this damage. The weight they quoted initially, based on their estimate of what our things would weigh, was then increased by 10-15% after the goods were taken from our home. Some adjustment is to be expected, though I'd be interested if anyone (from any moving company to be fair) has had a reduced charge for less items being shipped once it's all been taken.Overall, whilst Brytor was one of the cheapest quotes we received, we certainly got what we paid for. Most of our items arrived safely and with only a couple of plates broken, so it could have been worse. My 1 star comes from the fact that they tell you they can support with something (shipment of the rifles), then can't (one of those things, I get it), then refuse to adjust the quote, when they have your goods so it's too late for you to cancel the contract. Overall I therefore wouldn't trust them and advise steering clear.

I have had storage with Brytor for many years - I moved a lot of it from there to my new home last year. From the office staff to the furniture movers - the service was excellent, reliable, courteous. The price I was quoted was the price I paid!I'd definitely recommend them!

I contacted Brytor about my move from Ontario to the UK. Mouhcine was always very professional and always responded quickly to any of my enquiries. I was very happy that they would work around my time schedule and were so accommodating. I would definitely recommend their services as I felt 100% confident that my personal belongings were safe in their hands.

Our shipment was between Canada and France. The team at Brytor were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and answered all my questions and made everything so much easier. Transporting during a supply chain crisis along with a shortage of shipping containers is no small task and Brytor did magnificently. They handled all the admin in a timely manner. The service from start to finish was the perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Brytor. Thank you to Nicole, David and Antony!

The first agent I spoke with and got a quote from completely misled me on the volume she quoted me for. When I asked for door to door service she said she couldn’t find an agent in Manila. Then she disappeared. I tried contacting her for a month with no response. I got ahold of main office and they said she didn’t work there anymore. New agent, new quote and of course it was higher.Their crew picked up my items on time and they were quite good. They knew what they were doing. That was September 29. Of course once they had my items they told me I was way over my quoted volume and I had to pay double my original quote. My shipment was supposed to arrive in Manila by December 2. That was a condition of accepting the quote. My items sat in Brytor’s warehouse for over 2 months. And they were unresponsive. I sent so many emails, even to the CEO but nothing. I had to call the sales agent and he gave me lip service and had the operations person finally email me. Was all lies. My shipment didn’t go out until December 3.My shipment arrived in Manila February 2. That delay could have cost me thousands. Fortunately my Manila agent AGS was very competent and got my shipment cleared through customs. I received my goods February 13.Stay away from Brytor or any of the other names they use.
