The Brick

I have purchased quite a few beds at the Fort St. John Brick over the years and have never tried out the 180 day satisfaction guarantee until now. When I went to talk about the exchange the Salesperson was very friendly and helpful and when there was some price discrepancy to what was quoted for the new bed, the senior staff and Manager made it all work in my favor!Very happy with the service and will be back!

I was helped by Divya and had an amazing experience from start to finish, and it was so nice to talk to someone so knowledgeable and patient! She helped me quickly secure financing and locate 2 new TVs as well as answering all my questions along the way.Thank you so very much Divya for all your help and making the entire process a great experience and I look forward to shopping at The Brick in the future. Hello,My mother and I went into the Fort St. John, BC Brick Store last weekend and a few times this past week to purchase furniture, laundry machines, and mattress and bedframe. Our consultant is named Deep Mistry. He greeted us right away each time we came through the doors, assisted us for quite some time and has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. He took the time to listen attentively to what our needs and requirements were for the furniture and appliances we were there to purchase. He looked for any and all deals to get us the best price for all our items. He made suggestions for items we didn't even realize we needed or wanted and helped us tremendously throughout the whole experience. Mr. Mistry is a superb, kind, extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and professional salesman. My mother and I truly appreciate the dedication and attentiveness he showed us each time we were there. (We came back to purchase an air conditioner after the initial visit.) The brick in the Fort St. John location, unfortunately, does not have a good reputation. I was honestly, really not wanting to shop there (we had shopped at several stores in our town, online and in another town) but we gave it a shot and because of Mr. Mistry, he has completely impressed my mother and I and 100% changed our minds about shopping at The Brick. I want to thank Mr. Mistry and all the associates at our Brick location here in Fort St. John. The Brick has terrible furniture and terrible customer service. I complained about my couch sagging before the warranty was up two years ago and they said it was normal wear and tear. Fast forward to today and this is what it looks like. I will never purchase furniture from The Brick again and I hope potential customers see my experience and don't have to learn a lesson the hard way like I did.

Went in looking for an appliance. Salesperson said she would call me that day when she found the model i was inquiring about - next day would have even been acceptable. But guess what im still waiting for that call. All good i bought elsewhere. Nice to see they are doing so well that they didn't need the $4000 sale.

Jigar was great to deal with. Made sure we got everything we wanted and explained the warranty through and through with us. Felt heard and got exactly what we were looking for in a sectional on a busy Boxing Day. Thanks Jigar.Also Deep was great in helping us find a new bed frame in the colour and functionality we needed! Great customer service.

I would like to recommend The Brick FSJ as they are very accommodating and patient. I being a very picky customer had a very great experience shopping through phone with the help of one of their sales associate named Manju. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She always makes sure that whatever she is telling me about a certain product is accurate. Her patience with me and my orders being changed for a number of times is superb. Thank you!
