I would like to commend the office admin team for their exceptional service. They are always very helpful and accommodating, and they respond quickly to every maintenance request we have. Moreover, they are friendly and approachable, making it easy for us to communicate with them. I am truly happy with the level of service they provide, and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I have live in this building for a long time and it is a good, cleaning, convenient, accessible to the TTC and highway, family oriented and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a good place to live. Come and see it for yourself. The units are big and spacious. Lots of storage too.

Moved recently and pleased with the building and staff, very good management and staff specially Gousi and Shimali are very polite and fixed our issues within one week, whenever we call she answers the call so quickly and fix our problems. Building is also neat and clean.

Worst Management. This is the second time I've faced a lift problem; the first time was at midnight on Saturday, and the second time is today, Monday. It is really tough to claim the steps.

I'm the resident of 25 baymills blvd. I have been here for about an year now and I must say this is the best experience of my whole Canada stay. Mainly the rental officer - Gowsi mam, takes care of the work tickets very proactively and makes sure it's done before 24 hours. And the apartment just beside the bus stop making it very comfortable for the transit. I appreciate the help and support of the capreit management in keeping my apartment as good as new all the time !!

Worst building ever. Roaches are everywhere. Extremely infested with bed bugs. And will tell you you’re the only one that has them even tho the people in the building are getting bit by it. Super unreliable. Cannot wait to move out of this place
