Coral Springs Residents Association

This Association has proven to be the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever come across. They lack basic customer service skills and the ability to deal with residents professionally. No one is held accountable for their actions because the Association does not have a system in place that is fair to its residents and its community members in general. Karin who has been the main contact at the Association, is unfortunately very dishonest and treats residents with the utmost disrespect. This association lacks the ability to provide the basic services to its residents as the Board Members do not hold any of their staff accountable for their negligence. I do not recommend this community to anyone.

Nice community to enjoy! When it comes to management and the board they are not the best, they think they can decide on whatever they want on behalf of the residents without asking for consent. As one of the residents who is currently enjoying the area, we deserved to be aware of any changes in a timely manner. Communication with the residents is a must. I believe management and board can do better to work with the community instead of for the community.

The lady in the office, Karen is nice and helpful. The beach is lovely and clean. I wish they would turn the annoying music off. My child has autism and it is agrivating. Even for someone without autism. Its too loud and makes it hard to have a nice conversation. No music, or people can have a small speaker of their own choosing.

No questions asked the best lake in ne, Calgary. the workers are nice. Compared to the north lake area it looks like it is for millionaires, this is a good place for your whole family, there is a sports area for tennis and basketball. But i am not done yet, there is ping pong volleyball, workout area, boat riding. Even a tool area. One of my nephew and nieces favourite is the playground.The bathroom is kept clean and this place is a magical wonderland.

Karin has been absolutely fabulous to deal with on multiple occasions, always happy and resolves issues in an prompt and efficient manner! Always a pleasure to have dealings with.

Karin was friendly, helpful and kind. There were some people that were curious about pickleball, so she got a rules printout and some equipment for them to try it out

Great beach! Clean, nice shallow wading area, selection of sand toys and life jackets. Picnic tables with umbrellas. Beautiful!

TERRIBLE!! The WORST experience of my life. Dealing with this association has made me consider putting my home up for sale.

Beautiful, very clean lake, thanks to the great staff who work tirelessly to keep it this way!
