I was utterly shocked by how rude this Filipino nurse was when I had to do my blood test this morning. She talked like a bouncer more than a nurse. When I lined up this morning to present my blood test paperwork, she forced me to step aside and wait for 10 minutes when there was nobody else other than all the ones who had already sat down. I was made to wait for 45 minutes after other walk-in patients came after me. Thankfully, there was a kind Caucasian nurse who politely performed the blood test on me flawlessly.

This location wasn’t too busy when I went. I checked in on my phone before arriving and they took me in right away. The front desk was professional and quick. The back was a little dirty and could’ve been better sanitized and dusted and swept.

Used the “save my spot” app and only had to wait 10-15 minutes once I arrived. The guy checking people in was very friendly and kind. He was doing his best to organize everyone and get people in and out as quick as possible. He even took the time to phone an elderly person’s friend or family member to ensure the patient had the correct paperwork, despite being very busy.

Had made an appointment. But they still kept taking in the walk in people before us. I dont know what the point of an appointment is. We waited for almost 2 hours, even though we should have been taken in 15 mins. Extremely primitive system in 2023, a real shame. The nurses were doing their best they could and I have no complaints but our medical system is severely short staffed.

I had used save my spot and arrived 10min before my turn and 1hour later it still says 7min my my name. I believe there were only three techs working, but they need to be more realistic with the wait times.

It's called a Walk in location but it's a Waiting locaton" outside in the line ups.I had to make my 4yr old sleep in the car and wait in the line up

The queue could be quite long but you can try to avoid it with online service. The service itself is pretty profesional and they make you feel calm and peaceful.

The only advice I would like to impart onto future customers/patients would be to CONSTANTLY CHECK with the front desk on if you're still on their waitlist.The moment you have a doubt check in, the moment you leave and come back check in. Use the washroom...check in. Check in every 20min or so otherwise you will be forgotten.Don't be a Karen or a Ken just have patience in 20 min intervals

I noticed the Saturday crew a bit slow… I mean less chatting with one another about personal topics and focus on getting each person in and out would be a better patient experience and have much better flow.

Got up early Saturday morning to arrive for walk-ins 15 minutes before opening. Was third in the line up waiting outside. Checked in, got my requisition sent to them by my doctor printed, told to sit. About 20 people who were lined up after me were then ushered in before me to get their lab work done. My name was not on the posted walk-in running list. When I attempted to inquire about this, I was told I didn’t check in. The receptionist was rude when I informed her they gave me the printout of the requisition so I must have checked in. Now I’m having to wait 1 hour in addition to the hour I’ve already waited. Ridiculous.Bring back lab testing in doctor’s offices! These private labs are not convenient or efficient at all. The cost to people’s time isn’t working.
