I’ve started in Oct 2022. Now, Dec 2022 and already feeling great improvement in quality of life and stamina. Training with Emilie & Pam has been excellent improving my strength, posture and joint pains. The nutrition service is top notch and has helped me and my husband lose my excess weight. Most grateful for everything InStep does for us!

J’ai consultée Émilie pour des conseils alimentaires et pour un entraînement...Émilie a de très bon conseils à donner elle s’y connaît bcp dans le domaine du bien-être physique et émotionnel..elle est très à l’écoute et elle nous fait sentir à l’aise alors il est très facile de lui expliquer ce dont nous avons besoin!!!! Je la remercie bcp pour tout ce qu’elle fait!!!!
