Waited 5 days for a part i had to leave town so could not reinstall the blower motor had to get them to reinstall the motor and get charged for 1hr labour not very happy I could of done it in 1/2 hour and I'm not a professional

Over the past 2 years I’ve needed to replace some parts on my RV. They told me my thermostat style was obsolete, a 3 minute search on Amazon and had it delivered 5 days later. Needed a new sewage dump valve, no stock, found it on Amazon, got it two days later. Most recent, I needed the Propane tank regulator assy. No stock and didn’t know when they’d get any. Port Alberni Canadian Tire had 9. I’ll never call them again, very poor service

Mike was AMAZING! We have a small crack in our rubber roof…supplied us with a small patch and excellent advice/instruction. We haven’t experienced that kind of service in the lower mainland. Will DEFINITELY be back…thanks very much!

We have dealt with Arbutus tv many times and I have nothing but praise for this company , the sale, business and service departments are top notch , I left my old RV there to have my hot water tank fixed , it was done quick and very reasonably priced , when I went to pick it up I had a flat tire and just having had knee surgery I was stuck they took over and got the tire company in and it was fixed .Great people all round
