ProStar Cleaning

ProStar was amazing! All staff were easy to deal with and honest including the cleaner, the office staff and management. I was amazed at the cleaning job that was done. They saved areas that I thought were unsalvageable. They communicated with me regularly to ensure that everything I needed was completed. I would recommend ProStar to anyone in need of cleaning services of any type. I could not be happier with the experience with the team and the amazing results they produced.

I had a really good experience with prostar cleaning. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Mike , who set up equipment at my house was very professional, answered any questions I had and was very reassuring. Thank you!

Could have burned down our house. Seriously. Stay away from this company at all costs.We had a 2 person team come to help with a flood in the kitchen today which leaked into the basement and behind the walls, they were very nice and polite but they made a huge mistake. They hooked up 4 high power industrial dehumidifiers as well as 2 high power industrial drying fans and overloaded our electrical circuit, I was home alone and the power started surging and shutting off for about 20 minutes before I figured out it was all the dehumidifiers, I shut them off and the problem disappeared. Now I have to go check through all of my electronics to make sure the electrical surges this oversight caused didn't damage my tens of thousands of dollars worth of gear, and oh boy I cant wait to see what my power bill is gonna be after this stunt.Did they think we had the electrical grid of a small office building? It's only a 900 square foot house. Thankfully I was home when the surging started or I can just about guarantee this would've caused an electrical fire. We called these people because we wanted a restoration company, not a come-to-your-house-overload-your-circuits-and-burn-it-down-company. Super disappointed in the experience so far, you'd expect a restoration company to have some basic knowledge of electricity so they dont cause a house fire.Update: They plugged 2 industrial dehumidifiers into an extension cord that was plugged into a surge protector and overloaded that, now my TV and surge protector are having issues. Thanks for ruining my TV prostar. You owe me over 1000 in damages.

Very knowledgable company from the top down. Very helpful to work with on clean up of incidents at condominiums. Always at the forefront within the industry and eager to try new things.

I booked a move out clean for may 31 and Noone ever showed up. They even had the audacity to ask for a credit card prior to the clean. I chose etransfer as the option and now I have my tenant moving in and don't have a clean completed. Absolutely unacceptable

Would not recommend for restoration services. Our insurance hired them to come deal with a water leak in our basement. The service from start to finish was not very good. From being told to sign something so they could take photos only, and then find out it was a work authorization that they weren't honest about us signing. Being told they would return in 48 hours but then not hearing from them and no one coming back for 5 days. We had to follow up and were told the technician that was there went on vacation and that's why we hadn't heard back. Invoice charges for 6 hours of work when the technicians were only on site for an hour. I have a doorbell camera and had proof of when they arrived and when they left. And then to top it off, they send me a quote to put the insulation and drywall back, but not actually providing a quote for the cause which was a crack in our window which leaked. So they came in, took a chunk of wall out and then sent a quote to put everything back without fixing the crack. I'm still waiting for the quote to repair the window crack so it doesn't leak again, but they have failed to send me it still. I'm pretty sure they didn't actually diagnose the window issue. At the end of the day they provided a discount on the initial work because the invoice had charges that weren't accurate on it and said they would ensure that their workers are more clear when having work authorizations signed. I appreciate this, but the whole process was stressful and seemingly very expensive from the start. I've had a third party come look and provide a second opinion and they were shocked by the pricing for the fix.

Pro-Star is the worst company in Calgary! I have been living like this for 9 months. My entrance door Pro-Star promised to replace it 6 months ago, and yet the door is still waiting to be replaced.I haven't heard from the company until recently March 15 when the receptionist called to give me an update as to what was happening with my unit which is the only" unit in a condo complex that still isn't done! The pantry has a big hole where the pipes are

Haven't used their service yet but when I called to get a quote the lady who initially took the call admitted it was not her Dept but she will ensure I get a call back. The restoration cleaning manager called me and spent some time with me on the phone to understand the situation and give me a quote. Ran me through the procedure to lay out the costs. They're also relatively cheaper than another company I had obtained a quote from.Because of their respective and helpful service simply over the phone, I would use them if I could and recommend them!

We had ProStar in to clean our upholstered furniture and carpets. Amazing job! Everything was so thoroughly cleaned, and the tech on site was professional, hard-working and friendly. A service we will definitely use again.
