I’ve been using Miraculous Maids for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve used many services in the past and was never happy, but I have to say Jennifer and her team are amazing! Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for short or long term cleaning services! 10/10!

They do extremely little work for the value. They don’t vacuum or clean floors well. When asked to vacuum under the couch as far as the vacuum would reach, I was informed “we don’t do that”. They take advantage of teenagers lack of experience hiring cleaners. The woman left without finishing the job. The floors are still dirty.

Thank you so much for a wonderful job today! The staff were so friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our home. Appreciate the great work and the fantastic service. We will definitely use miraculous Maids again in the future!

I'm so happy with the job these ladies did on my house, I just can't rave about it enough. A co-worker recommended this company to me and I was not disappointed. I have a busy life, 2 grown kids at home and 3 dogs so my house is full of dog hair and kid stuff. They showed up and right away made friends with my dogs who then started following them around watching them pick up the toys & move their beds. They made some new friends by the time they were done.My house looks like it did the day I moved in! Baseboards, fridge, window tracks, even behind my deep freeze was cleaned.I will defiantly be calling again and would recommend them to everyone I know.Huge shout out to my 2 ladies, Jen & Gracia for the amazing job they did and for working around 3 dogs that were acting like supervisors the whole day. You both are fantastic. Thank you.

Booked Miraculous Maids for a move out clean of an apartment - Sammy that I spoke with on the phone to get the quote, and then the ladies who cleaned my suite were absolutely amazing! The place was absolutely spotless! Can’t thank them enough as they made a very hectic time so simple and easy. The price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work done too. If you’re looking for a company to clean your home, whether for regular cleaning or move in/out cleaning, this is the place to use! You won’t be disappointed!

Was quoted slightly lower than some of the competing companies I called, and pricing was very fair. On the day of the clean, staff arrived early, and upon walkthrough at the end they left the house essentially spotless, very thorough, high quality work.

I got an email asking me to leave a review, so I will. Hired these cleaners for a post-construction (renovation) clean. I outlined that the entire house would need a thorough cleaning, including behind and around all appliances, in all cabinets, and all walls need to be washed. They provided a quote via email for the work, and I again verified the scope and pricing.The cleaners showed up on time, and did do some cleaning. However, when they left about two or three hours later, they left with a huge amount of cleaning left to do. The cabinets were not cleaned at all. The bathroom tiled walls were covered in dirt still, the kitchen floor wasn’t cleaned at all, and none of the appliances were moved out and/or cleaned around. Again, these were expressly agreed upon before they sent a quote and before they showed up.I immediately sent an email asking if there was a time I could get someone back to fix the issues - and NO INE responded. Instead, they took full payment on my credit card, and have not responded at all to any text or email since.Given the complete lack of care or diligence and then the completely unethical forced payment on my credit card without my authorization, I would advise going literally anywhere else.Photos attached are photos I sent them via email AFTER the cleaners said they were done and left.I should also mention that I’ve given them plenty of opportunities to respond before leaving a public review. Again, with complete silence.

Miraculous Maids is punctual, friendly, and super professional. Karen is so amazing!!! She tackled every nook and cranny of my home, leaving no stone unturned. Even the most impossible dirt was no match for her. She cleaned everything to perfection, and I was left in awe of her skills. I am at a complete loss for words and the only thing I can say is that they are truly miraculous, even magical, my place is literally shining now. Miraculous Maids is truly awesome, and I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. This is your go-to cleaning company!!! Miraculous Maids did an outstanding job of the move-out cleaning. They showed up on time, enthusiastic and ready to go. The place was truly sparkling when they left. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
