Kids On Wheelz- Best Kids Toys In Canada

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.We purchased one of the ride on vehicles. While still under warranty, the car stopped working. We phoned and emailed the company, and they acted as if they were going to help us with the issue. They told us that they would send a new motherboard, which they assumed would fix the issue. The new motherboard never came. I’ve tried emailing and calling numerous times to discuss the issue further, but they are ignoring every effort I make to contact them.I tried contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge but the timeline has passed. I tried looking into the BBB, but see now that they’re not accredited (which does not surprise me whatsoever).Please don’t purchase from this company. They should be shut down with what I’ve read for reviews on them.

Customer service called to notify me there was a truck leaving for my province the following day. I got my order placed and within a few days it showed up. Very happy with the product so far! The kids (1.5 and 6) are absolutely loving it!

This store and website are definitely fraud. Order online and select for curbside pickup. Only received the order number. After that nobody answered email when I ask for pick up address. Call the number provided Google map, it went to voicemail directly. Then I drive to the address they write on website. The unit 7 is a auto motor part store. There was not store call Kids On Wheelz. Google please remove this store address and mark it as Fraudulent

SCAM. Customer service number is a front (all reps are always busy). When I didn't receive my item I received a response on chat ONCE where they told me they would follow up and proceeded to send me the a tracking number and then no further action was taken. They give you a tracking number and then don't ship anything after taking your money.After attempts on all platforms, including commenting on their IG (which were repeatedly deleted) I was told I would receive a refund via DM, after being told 3 different reasons for why my order didn't arrive. They send a notification to your email but no money to your account.I have not received my order, I have asked for a refund (via call, text, email and chat) and all communication has ceased on their part (they do continue to delete by IG comments however). DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY - FRAUD.

They never responded to my emails. They don’t answer your calls. It’s been a month since I placed the order. And it didn’t come yet. They didn’t even sent it yet. Still showing as the status unfulfilled. I’m waiting on my credit card company to resolve this case for me. And please ignore all the positive reviews here! I don’t think it’s the real reviews. They probably paid to get those fake positive ratings!

DO NOT order anything online from this store. They have competitive prices but customer service is practically non existent and their expected delivery times are laughable. We had to purchase the wagon we ordered from another company to have it in time for our trip (expecting 10 business days, we had 3 weeks for it to arrive). We asked to cancel the order repeatedly before it was shipped, but could not get through to a person on the phone and no one replied to the emails the chat feature on the website told us to use. We finally got the wagon we ordered 6 weeks later and I’m desperately trying to return it and they are ignoring my emails and calls. Their policy says I have only 7 days and they will charge a substantial restocking fee…but no one will reply or take my call and the seven days came and went so seems I’m out nearly $400

My experience making a purchase with this company.I placed my order on the 6th of May and got an email confirmation same day. Funds left my account on the 8th of May.Three weeks passed no update on the order. I downloaded the Shop App and status was awaiting fufilment.Tried the contact phone number several times and got an automated response.Tried the chat function - no response.Sent email - no response.Another 2weeks passed and the status remained the same.With no way to reach the seller/company I went online to research about them and to check their reviews.The reviews were so bad, I wished i had seen them before making the purchase.I went to my bank for help to getting my funds back and continued trying to reach the company - no success.June 11th I received an email from the company that my order was on the way.June 14th I received an email from the shipping company confirming my order was on the way.On the Morning of June 15th I received my orderI hope it helps someone.

Absolutely love the ride-on cars for kids! My little one enjoys zooming around in their own mini vehicle. The quality is excellent, and the design is adorable. Highly recommended for endless fun and smiles!

This store is as close to a SCAM as it can be. I have ordered a Radio Flyer Stroller with Canopy that was supposed to be delivered in a week (to be use on a vacation). After two weeks and not having received anything (product nor information about it), I cancel on my credit card. After over A MONTH, I receive the product at home, as if everything was fine.BE AWARE, I think I was lucky to get the product, and it may be different for you. I will never purchase anything at Kids On Wheelz anymore, I don't need this sort of worry in my life.
