We recently had to replace our furnace and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Shakell. Professional and friendly service was given throughout the experience. Even before we contracted with Shakell to put in a new furnace Dave left a portable heater for us just in case the house got too cold. The service technicians were efficient, polite, clean and left me feeling confident that I understood the product they installed and that the workmanship was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Shakell.

I called on a Sat as furnace not working and Don Shakell told me to turn furnace off, change filter (as I had not changed in a long time) and turn back on. It worked and saved me an expensive service call on a Sat. That is amazing customer service and honesty.

I contacted Shakell for ductless heating and cooling. Dave was experienced and professional and explained our options, he was very patient with any questions that we had. On installation date Matt, Jeff and Tyler were very knowledgable and explained the process and they were extremely flexible and always had great ideas to make sure the installation was perfect. Highly recommend this company and I can see why they have been in business for so long.

I just had a great discussion w/ Don the owner who walked me through the various Carrier Infinity options and rather than pushing me to replace asap, he recommended waiting for April as Carrier normally has a Cool" rebate when you purchase both a furnace and AC unit. He took the time to explain the benefits of each unit. So I can't comment on the work yet (as I'm waiting for April)

Don and employees were able to help me out in an emergency for which I shall be forever grateful. My furnace died just before leaving the province and they immediately took control, in time installing a new furnace. It meant I made my flight and had a wonderful Christmas with family. Everything possible was done to send me on my way and done in a most professional manner. I highly recommend Don and his employees! Thank you, again.

Had Shakell’s in to install new Furnace and AC units, the techs were very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The workmanship was high quality, very professional, very neat and tidy. The techs gave me clear and thorough instructions on how to get most value and have the proper use from the new equipment. Would definitely recommend they did an amazing job.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!If I could give the ZERO stars or NEGATIVE STARS I wouldStay away from themVERY RUDEHated that I inquired about price and hung up on meHated that I had the NEST thermostat saying the industry doesn't like those!Refused to have the technician give me a phone call with his estimated arrival before coming because my doorbell just broke, they gave me a 4-5 hour window time of a technician arrival, (I didn't want to stand at the front of my house for 4-5 hours)Verbally abusiveHung up on me SEVERAL" timesDon is a nasty unhelpful owner that should retire
