What an embarrassing moment for this company Monday afternoon. On 26th your driver refused to yield for a transit bus leaving the stop. Then more then thirty children watched your driver give middle fingers to the bus driver. Those poor kids shouldn't have to see that behavior. Shame on you.

I brought my battery lawn mower in as it had stopped working. The clerk was very helpful. He took it out of the car for me. I told him I was having difficulty taking the battery out as I have arthritis in my hands. I got a phone call a few hours later to come and pick it up next day. I was told there was just a bit of grass and dust which had stopped the battery from connecting. I was also given a little harness round the battery to make it easier for me to pull out. When I asked for the invoice I was told he had fixed it in a few minutes and had made the harness at home that evening so there would be no charge. It was a treat to meet such a kind man.

You need a thing, they probably got it. As they say you get what you pay for. Not cheap, good quality, good people.

Incredible service! We were purchasing our first quad, went to other places with no success of any level of customer service. Within 20 min of being here, we bought! Wonderful staff, extremely knowledgeable and truly work all together as a team. Our new quad was delivered to our property (by another incredible employee) within hours after purchase. What a great environment/experience for any customer!

Excellent Service over the phone for original booking! Then when Cory dropped it of at the exact time requested the service got even better! Cory gave me a very clear orientation to the usage along with pointing out the risks when operating to be aware off and not get myself in trouble. Super polite and patient, would rent again from these guys just becauser of his service.

Always able to quickly find and order parts for my older Polaris and surprise me sometimes by having an obscure part in warehouse already ! Great service great group of guys and gals !

Owners are first class and good guys. I had some serious problems with my new machines and although I didn’t purchase them at the store they treated me like I was their customer. They got me in touch with the right people to solve the issues and made sure the Polaris brand was represented positively after my previous experiences. Thanks for stepping up and helping out the consumer, much appreciated.
