It's hit or miss. Your food is either great or water logged & overcooked. The workers are nice but not the greatest with customer service. You will never be greeted. I walked in there for a pickup with my order already sitting in the skip bag & not any of the 4 people working there came to ask me if I was there to order or for the order that was sitting there for at least 10 minutes.

Very disappointed in the service here. The fried rice we order came out very soggy. Order 3 orders gave a %25 tip on top. And told the guys that the rice is soggy they said thats how they make it. Absolutely disgusting were humans not dogs. Last time in wok box. I tried to be nice and told them about the rice they didnt want to address the issuez

My first order was the jungle box and I found it bland, the second time I ordered, I had the sweet Mongolian and that was great. Then I decided to try their beef pho and this just soured my experience in the worst way. Portion is ridiculously small, and we asked to have to stay and they said that they don't serve it to stay but only in to go containers. You guys have only been here a week, please don't fail now. I have high hopes for you.

Food was delicious but I wish there was more protein. For $14 I should have atheist one chicken breast worth of meat. Onion cakes were yummy and the boys loved their noodle bowls.

How can you screw up an order when there is nobody waiting but me (at 4:30 pm)? I ordered Kung Pao and Crispy Chicken, both Regular Size, as well, specified Orange sauce on the side for the krispy chicken. I got home to unpack and opened the Krispy Chicken to be met with a darkened chicken glazed with ? And the box was half-full, also looked like the Chicken pieces had been eaten! Disgusting to say the least.

We had a few items. Ginger beef, Beef and broccoli, rice and meat were good, was getting mushy near the bottom(lots of sauce) . Wor wonton/regular won tons were slimmy, doughy, and bland. Broth didn't taste like won ton broth... Spring rolls were meh, crunchy at first but mush inside. Not worth the 60 bucks for blah food and small portions. Definitely sticking to Edo Japan

It is a must visit place. I have been to many restaurants but this place has one of the best customer service. Also, the food is super awesome, I can bet that there sweet mongolian and Singapore cashews will definitely make you visit this place everyday.
