Terribly rude employees. They did work on the condo that I live at. Used my outside electrical outlet without asking. Then gave me big time attitude when I questioned them about it.

Your driver drove down Erieshore drive at 5pm on Fri Oct 2. The posted speed limit is 20. He was going at least 60 even that he was yelled at to slow down.

Started off with a quote for a chimney removal, which turned into a small project including having new siding done on the top level of our house.Paul and his team were amazing, I wish I knew about JEM sooner as I wasted time and money with other companies.

Had roof done with new skylight in 2017. Skylight leaked month after install. Refused to repair damage to ceiling inside house. My contractor sent bill which was ignored. Had new siding and soffets installed this summer by new company and they noticed they shingled over rotted board. Very disappointed.

I hired JEM for a much needed roof replacement. They were very prompt with getting back to me and were very organized through the entire process. The guys did a great job on the roof and I will be recommending JEM to anyone looking.

We're very happy with our decision to use JEM for our roof replacement. It was a very smooth process from our very initial communication. They sent out a calendar confirmation for the date that the estimator was going to come and he was on time for the appointment. Our communications with the estimator, the office assistant, and the owner were very prompt, detailed, and honest. The estimate that we received was very clearly detailed. A calendar invite was also sent for the day of install and the team arrived as planned and were very pleasant and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend using JEM and would use again in the future.

Worked with JEM Roofing to install new soffits and fascia on my home. The team was quick to come to the home for an estimate, talked with me about my options and worked with me to choose the right options.Due to supply delays the installation date was changed multiple times, but Paul got in touch provided an explanation and worked hard to make sure the install was done ASAP.Installation took the better part of a day, the team was polite, professional and kept the work area clean.I'd recommend putting JEM Roofing & Exteriors on your list when considering options for a roof installation or repair.
