Lotus Nails & Skin Spa

I love this place. I have been coming here for years. It’s close to home and the staff are so polite and friendly, and it’s so clean! I never leave thinking “they could have done a better job” as you do with some other nail salons. Will always come back!

Lotus is my favourite place to get my nails done by far! They are always on time, never rushed, and do a great job. Also, one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to.

I had a pedicure here for my birthday. It was clean, quick, and the massage chair was super nice! The only reason I'm down a star is because it was a thinner polish and unfortunately they only did 2 coats and it was a bit streaky. Not the end of the world, but I was a tad disappointed by that.

I am a repeat customer, and go regularly. The staff and owner are always pleasant, and they do a great job with my shellac manis and pedis! Reasonably priced, clean, and the best part is they have the massage chairs for the pedis! :D

I used to come here all the time because it’s close to my house. I recently got shellac manicure done and decided yo never come back here again. There was something wrong with the color they used and peeled the next day so I came back because I paid a $100 and didn’t want to go somewhere else and pay again. They were super rude they laughed and spoke in their language when I was talking. They acted like I was making it up… I really had no time to waste on a Friday afternoon and the last thing I want to do is make this up. If they didn’t do it properly the first time it really shouldn’t feel like it’s my problem… never coming back.

The staff is very rude. Get ready to get ignored when you walk in. It takes forever to get a simple appointment done and everyone here just looks frustrated to be honest. I used to tolerate it because I was used to them but not anymore.

I see there are a couple of negative reviews but I've been going here for years and I find the service great and there is a man there who does an amazing foot massage. I have never been displeased with the quality of their work.

I've been to many nail salons in the area and this is hands down the best one. The place is very clean, the decor is modern and the staff are extremely friendly, who work very hard to make their customers happy. I took my mom here for her birthday and the girl worked slowly and diligently to make sure her nails were perfect. She was also so patient and understanding when my mom decided to switch the colour she originally picked after seeing it on the first nail. I was back at the salon today and again, the staff were so friendly and detail-oriented. They even gave out a small Christmas gift which was the sweetest gesture! I highly recommend this salon and won't be going anywhere else!
