This location was garbage didn't look like anyone wanted to work and they compromised my credit card. I returned EVERYTHING I bought at another location and will not return here.

Worst worst store and customer representative. NEVER NEVER buy from this store . I bought a dress on 8th September for my baby shower and when I wore it we found a cut in the dress and told same to the store. They said it cannot be returned and they were so so rude that they told me u shud have checked it while buying . Clearly they keep defective products and want the customer to check . I wonder what so many rude representatives are doing in the store.Moreover there is never a store manager present in the store which I guess they are lying just to fool customers. Don’t spend even a 1$ on this store . I just wasted my 170$. At least they shud learn some behavioural skills before blaming the customer and understand value of money .

had the worst experience shopping here. Ridiculously long waiting times even when it’s not busy there is barely any customers. Horrible sales associates, that one indian lady with short black hair is extremely manipulative and tricks the customer by not disclosing the complete info. please do not visit the store if you want to save your time and money. it’s really not worth it.

Horrible store and horrible service. Took forever to check out. Horrible absoloutley horrible sales associate. Tricked me into selling a dress that was already worn and when i mentioned it, blatantly denied it. That indian lady with short hair is absolutely horrible please do not ask her for help if shopping there. would only recommend if you like waiting for hours for checking out one item and then get tricket by the associates.

had a great time here, extremely good customer service. I came here for my prom dress as a plus size person. The lady was extremely nice and helped me choose my dress which was the best. I would go here, again.

Best experience I’ve had in a retail store. I called while I was on my way to ask if a certain dress was available and the manager Stacy had it ready for me once I got there. The dress wasn’t the right size but Stacy went above and beyond to track down another Laura store that had my dress size. The friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of receiving thank you so much Stacy! Can’t wait to come back for some A+ Customer service you rock!

I used to shop here regularly many years ago. I went recently to look at the winter coats for my mom. There isn't much of a sale ever it seems. The store isn't busy. I never see many customers here. I find the sales people are annoying. You can tell they either make commission or have some sort of quota. It's been years since Ive had to deal with over bearing sales staff.
