Our stay was ok. The room was clean but quite small. It was noisy though, so difficult to sleep. We've had much better for less money!

Unprofessional and very rude receptionist. She's very bad in communicating and does not make you feel welcome at all. I would highly recommend the hotel to work on this because it's not pleasant, nor good for the reputation towards their customers.

Mattresses were exceptional. Room was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated magnified make-up mirror.

The hotel was great. The bed really confortable. The restaurant was ok. The staff was nice.

A top class hotel for all types of travellers. In our case we were there for business, but we ran into a foreign tour group. The hotel suited our requirements very well. It was very good to have a top class restaurant with excellent quality local gourmet food. They have a smaller selection, but beautifully prepared. Food service was not very fast, but is professional.

Rooms were very confortable, but the shower was small and the shower curtain always ended up sticking to me no matter how hard I tried to stick it to the shower side. There was only 2 accessible power outlets and the outlets themselves were very loose and sometimes chargers would pop out. Service was pretty good, except it was hard to understand the receptionist over the phone, for some reason.

Great location, clean room, great staff. Good enough food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good experience, First time visiting St Felician, 8 or us arrived by snowmobile, trail system and excellent signage brought us Rite to front door of hotel, fenced in compound for sleds with entrance to hotel steps away, easy check in and out with helpful staff, rooms were great, restaurant on site which served us excellent supper and breakfast . The rooms were very nice and the hotel itself had everything we needed, a little different than we expected from the photos and the website, definitely a place that is geared towards and perfect for families especially since the zoo is nextdoor. The restaurant however we had really awful service. The food itself was excellent, but it became clear to us during the evening that because we were struggling with French (but obviously doing what we can, as tourists visiting from Germany) the servers actively avoided us. Running past the table without checking in to refill water or wine, we had to stop them as they ran past to even ask for table bread after waiting for nearly 30 minutes for appetizers, one of which was forgotten entirely. When our main courses did arrive after another 30 minutes, despite the people seated at the same time to our left then finishing their desserts, our sauces had skins and the French fries were wilted, it was clear they had been waiting to be picked up for some time. The waitresses seemed very talkative and pleasant spending lots of time checking in with the other guests and especially the ones with children, however we were very obviously second class guests due to our language barrier. Very awkward, and unfortunate.
