Our six year old fridge stopped working out of the blue. I called around and stores weren’t certain I’d be able to get it fixed as it was a Kenmore from Sears. Friends and family suggested I just get a new fridge, which felt like such a waste.Ahmed was recommended to us by multiple appliance stores, and boy did he deliver! He postponed other service calls to accommodate our urgent situation, and he showed up EARLY! Within an hour he had identified the problem, installed a new part, and explained how I could maintain it in the future. His price was fair (and MUCH better than the cost of a new fridge).Above all else, Ahmed was kind and spoke to me like an equal. He was very respectful of my home and told some uplifting stories. It is not often that I have either the time or the need to write about someone in the business of appliance repair. However, in this case, I will make an exception.I am a new Sarnia Appliance Service Centre client. One of the reasons that I will keep going back to Sarnia Appliance Service Centre for my repairs is that Ahmed is a true professional.From the moment he walked into my home, until the moment he left, he endeavoured and succeeded in doing his very best to help complete the task at hand. This is a welcome relief from the non-caring attitude that so many people have in the appliance repair business. My washing machine had an LF error code which contradicted the way it was working -- water flowed in, the drum rotated. I called the store where I bought it, and they said that they could not get any parts for it and anyways it would likely cost way more than it was worth. I called Sarnia Appliance and got service the same day (I'll fit you in between my other service calls"). In 30 minutes

I had a problem with my high end oven with the baking element not working almost 100% of the time. After doing my own investigating and replacing the baking element, it still didn’t work. After reading the reviews on here I called Ahmed. His services, professionalism and prices rang true to all of the reviews I read in here.It just so happened when I called, he was close by just ending another service call. He popped in and took his time and problem solved in a timely professional manner. He found the issue quickly and even had the part that was needed to fix it. He knows his stuff and he is fair in his pricing and service fee calls. My oven works like a dream. Thank you for the excellency service!

This is our second time having Sarnia Appliance come to our home to fix an appliance. The first time was a dryer needing rollers replaced. Today it was our Maytag gas oven. Ahmed was personable, professional and prompt. He arrived close to our agreed upon designated time slot. This in itself was lovely rather than waiting all day for the usual service calls I have had who suggested time anywhere between 8-5! He diagnosed the oven problem quickly, had the igniter part needed, replaced it and was a reasonable cost for his labour and time needed to replace the faulty part.Sarnia Appliance is busy but I understand why…Ahmed knows what he is doing and efficiently and honestly resolves appliance issues. If you need a crucial appliance in your home fixed, such as a fridge, or washer or dryer, he will find a way to get to you quickly. When booking an appointment keep him abreast of your household situation. If you need a particular time of day tell him so he can accommodate you best. He will call if he is running late with appointments. He will call you from your driveway ‘if’ you have communicated an unusual set of circumstances so your allotted repair appointment time doesn’t get missed.As return customers we are impressed with his communication, expertise and reasonably priced home repair services. Today it was our oven. It is also barbecue season thus we had patience to await a couple of days to get this stellar and reputable repair service. I highly recommend Sarnia Appliance for your appliance repair needs.
