We've been dealing with Tino for years, but recently he has been rather rude to my dad. When we pawn something, he often says he is $10 short and rips us off, and we are a low income family so that $10 is often a big deal. On top of that, when we are doing financially well, he spam calls and texts my dad asking if he is coming to pawn something. On one occasion he broke my dad's printer by carelessly dropping it on the ground because he was mad that my dad went to another pawn shop. Recently there was a loss in the family and yet he continued to spam my dad. It's clear he doesn't care about his customers and only cares about money. We will not be using this pawn shop in the future. I recommend you go elsewhere.

The owner of this place is very nice. He is very helpful and always willing to help. I've referred a lot of my friends to him. The store has everything to offer. I highly recommend this place.

I've dealt with this shop for many years. The owner has always been very fair and nice . At times I've brought items that are not pawn worthy but he has always been polite and offered me options on how to sell them or the names of other pawn shops that might accept them.During the week, he is there from 10am to 6pm and he's there on the weekends as well. I've never had a negative experience with the owner. Great honest guy

Tried to go here on 2 separate occasions. Both times the ‘open’ sign was lit up but the door was locked and no one answered.. Don’t waste your time here

We've been dealing with Tino since September and was introduced to him by a friend. all we could say about him is that you can always count on him if you need him. All you need to make sure is that you always contact him and keep him updated. Thank you very much Tino!

Went in and pawned some really nice hockey cards, and a Autographed jersey. Didn't pick it up in time, paid an extension, if something does come up communication is key. Just keep in touch with him. Can't remember the guy I personally dealt with but was friendly, would definitely pawn there again. 10/10
