Chandra is amazing at what she does! It's been years since she has left Calgary and can't find anyone like her.So excited for my trip in July. Chandra is a expert at what she does and it is always such a stress free experience. Anyone that wants blonde hair this is the place!!!

Today was my first time at Harlow and I was so fortunate to have Chandra and Hailey. I am extremely picky with my hair and I chose Harlow because of the reviews and a friend had recommended. My hair turned out beautiful. She was able to achieve the perfect honey warm blonde for me.When I told Chandra how far I came to get my hair done by her (5.5 hour drive min) she responded “ if you ever need your hair done and I am booked up, let the front desk know how far you are coming and I will make time for you”. This really impressed me. I have had other stylists for years and none have ever offered that. Just that gesture shows the level of professionalism and care for their clients. I look forward to my next appointment!

I went in 2020, they did an amazing job on my hair. I went back in for a consultation recently and it felt like a very judgemental environment this time, the receptionist was not friendly and had a rude stare the entire time, nobody even smiled at you or anything, the consult felt super rushed and not personalized at all. It made me not even want to come back in to book an appointment because of how unwelcoming it was… not sure if it was an off day but it just made me feel bad about myself?

The staff is so friendly and professional. It was my first time getting extensions and they are gorgeous! Thank you so much girls. You’re the best ❤️

Ive had extensions done alot of places...and this is hands down the BEST!!!....She is TOP NOTCH!!!...the hair is beautiful...she knows how to place it beautifully and looks so amazing!! I also had blonde done and she matched everything 100%I would travel to get hair done here!!!

Today me and my daughters went to Harlow for colour, my youngest got her bangs done in teal, my oldest a full head of red and I wanted to go to my Grey colour for a full head of blended beauty, we all got what we asked for and more.The colour on mine turned out amazing, my girls loved their turn out and the women were so patient and very welcoming to all of us through this long process. ❤️ definitely will be returning!Thanks again ladies!!! First time getting our hair done professionally and we are definitely looking forward to more of you guys! Thanks for making our day!

A VERY expensive mistake. Incompetent and unprofessional at every turn. It started with a phone call an hour before my appointment telling me that my extensions were on “back order” or, in other words, someone forgot to order the product. It went seriously downhill from there. This salons “work” was my next stylists disaster photo. I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere

Chandra and Sam are the best stylist that I have seen in a long time and I’ve been through a few! They always manage to get the exact color of blonde I want and it always turns out better than I could imagine! They are professional and courteous and always on time which helps for a busy mama! I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I have been going to Harlow beauty now forA few years, I have never experienced Such happy fun incredible service!These girls make your experience more than just getting your hair done. The salon is beautiful, clean and professional. Also I have never had healthy life more beautiful hair! I have found my forever hair home. Thankyou girls!
