I have been continually reaching out to Ellis pools since snow melt about having them provide and install a new pool liner in my inground pool. July 2nd and still waiting for the many call backs I was promised.How can you trust a company if they can't even get this part of the customer service right. Not to mention my lost year . If your too busy, admit it.

Amazing CustomerService! We needed an emergency repair on our pool the day before my daughters birthday party. The Ellis team quickly addressed the issue and had it ready to go before the party!!! Thank you Ellis Pools Team!

Great service and even better advice.

Had construction done to the pool which was not completed properly due to miscommunication, although the job was well done. Then was promised a fix for the next summer if we paid a little extra money or a refund of a few hundred dollars. Since preparing the pool properly as instructed for this spring, there has been zero communication for several weeks. They are aware of our deadline and still have not communicated with us. We have paid in advanced for this service and the lack of communication is not good business practice.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Recently bought a house and the previous owner recommended that we use Ellis. So we called several weeks ahead to schedule a pool opening and informed the receptionist (who was very rude) that this was our first pool opening so we would like some information when the guys came to open the pool. When the guys arrived, by letting themselves into the backyard, they were nearly done by the time I realized they were there. I rushed out and asked them several questions about the pool and they seemed extremely annoyed by the questions and were very obviously in a hurry to get to the next job. I incorrectly assumed that with the pool opening they would have cleaned the pool to some extent. Absolutely not. Not one leaf or spec of dirt was removed from the pool. So I asked them to arrange to have someone come clean the pool. They phoned one of their pool cleaners and he said he would be there the next day. The next day the guy came and spent some time cleaning the pool and informed my wife he would be back the following day because he didn’t have enough time to clean the pool. He never showed up. I called Ellis and the rude receptionist lady had the audacity to suggest that I mislead her pool cleaning guy about the condition the pool and that he was not available to clean the pool that day and he never told my wife that he would be back for sure. Effectively stating that both me and my wife were lying. I reminded her that her own pool opening team was the one that booked the pool cleaning and informed her pool cleaner of the condition of the pool and I literally have a voicemail of the pool cleaner (who was a nice guy) apologizing for saying that he was able to come and not coming. I called another pool company that came out and cleaned the pool, calibrated the system, put in more salt (Ellis did not put in enough), cleaned my filters (Ellis did not clean the filters) and spent time giving me all of the information I asked them THE SAME DAY! Which happened to be a Friday at 6 pm! Needless to say Ellis has lost my business for life and Ido not recommend them for ongoing pool service at all! Apparently the pool community knows that all they are interested in installation of pools because that is where the money is at. They seem to view maintenance as a hassle.

If you're tired of getting the wrong prices and information, come here, I found these people only a few years ago and I wish I had come much sooner, great people who care

Always great products. Excellent customer service. I struggled with my pool products and service from other providers. Ellis has been my go to for over 7 years.
