Brutal! Good thing I called first to make sure I had the truck reserved for Saturday... I did everything online ,reserved the truck , had a reservation number and everything. I wanted to call to double-check that I had it reserved and they said no I reserved it for a different day which I did not!! And of course they had nothing else available so now I'm stuck trying to find something days before moving, They said it was available online when I booked and she said they always say everything's available online (the employee I spoke to on phone), which I don't believe also because the 17 foot van wasn't available, but said the 15-foot one WAS so that's when I reserved it! I never trust online stuff and this is the reason why!
