There should be 0 star review. I hope I can give it to them.They will try to give you the best service but they don’t. We ordered sofa and ottoman from them and they told us that they will deliver within 8-10 weeks. Thankfully we got our sofa within 6 week even they were shocked that why you have received your order early and still we haven’t received ottoman and thankfully we didn’t paid because there was one uncle who told us you don’t need to pay right now , you can do it later but its been 8 month and we haven’t received that.

If there was a an option for 0 stars I'd give that or well below. Horrible customer service. They messed up on a piece and there was so much back and forth they were not owning to their error. Finally after 2 to 3 months the manufacturer came took the piece that was the issue and we told them exactly what was supposed to be done. We paid thousands of dollars and expect the quality to show. What do they do? Bring the same piece back a week later as if we are stupid and wouldn't know the different. I contacted friends furniture again and of course they aren't going to reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. The cushions don't stay in their position. The long end piece doesn't even fit and there is a gap. Ridiculous. Never again!

Bought king size bed barely used for a month and the legs are flying already. Not safe to be used and have been complaining for repair but no response from company. Really bad service as well as product quality

Very poor quality of the furniture and even worst customer service. Bought a centre table, the tampered glass won’t properly align to the base frame, the frame itself is tilting no matter how much you adjust it at the bottom. As per the store, we wrote email to the customer service address, made several calls, every time they would say it will take 2-3 weeks, we will send someone to look at it/ replace it. But haven’t heard anything back, its been over 4 months. Now, can’t even reach them on phone anymore. Best advice please don’t buy anything from them if you don’t want to regret getting your money stuck, because neither will they refund your money nor fix your issue.

Third class service! Thiefs is the word to be used for this company..they show something else and send something else.. they sent dirty and used sofas!The quality is 0- ZERO!!! And all they say after so much harassment is that this is what you will only get! Rude staff.

We purchased a dining set on Feb 5th 20 2023. The floor item was on sale and we were being pushed to buy the floor item one because they needed space to add another item to the floor but we requested a brand new one. The sales rep ordered it for us and upon first delivery (free delivery was apart of the contract) it was delivered damaged. Upon 4 attempts to deliver a brand new set, each time, the item came back either rusted, cracked or dysfunctional. We were patient throughout this process and each time it was delivered, we were advised that Friends Furniture (Karan and Manny) would inspect the product prior to delivery. This clearly did not happen otherwise we would not have had to return the item 4 times. After 4 failed attempts (one entire month) we asked for a full refund at which point we were told a partial refund can only be made for the table and we were forced to keep the 4 chairs. I was quoted on the phone for the refund of the table and when I arrived to the store, the owner, Avtar Singh, had the audacity to tell me that they are no longer giving me a refund for the quote they provided on the phone but instead giving me $300 less. I had originally received an invoice for the entire set. So when I asked for the invoice on the cost of the individual table and chairs, they weren’t able to produce it and Avtar Singh proceeded to yell that I had “no authority to ask him for an invoice”. Avtar Singh shouldn’t even be living in Canada if he doesn’t realize that Canada is a country with full freedom of speech. You cannot tell me that I cannot ask a question. This company is money hungry. The business is a failure and the owner does not know how to run a business. If you are considering to visit this place, don’t. They will deliver you defective furniture and they will try to change the story around to blame you and then not refund you the full amount. I’m at a loss of $740 because of this. You will also not receive the items on time. They will ALWAYS deliver at 8pm or after though they tell you by the afternoon. They don’t even take accountability for this - they blame the drivers. Overpriced furniture, manager Manny is never there, they don’t respond to emails and owner Avtar Singh is possibly the worst man I have ever met in my life. Filled with ego. Someone needs to burn his ego away.

Worst customer service. First they told me we didn't pay the remainder of the money then they came and delivered it and were missing pieces demanding they will bring it at their own convenience. Then they left these huge boxes in front of my house and refused to come and take it back when I let them know I do not have anywhere to store it. Worst communication, so rude to customers. They stopped picking up my calls when I asked for an explanation.
