The counter clerk was impolite for no reason. My plant purchase experience has gone negative. You will find a wide variety of flowers and plants. I hope they talk polite to the customers.

They used to be great but recently have gone WAY downhill… over priced, rude & unhelpful staff. Save your money & go somewhere else!

Was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet that I ordered online for pickup from Uptown Florist - it turned out even better than pictured on the website. The staff were super communicative about timing and were welcoming and friendly upon pickup. Uptown will be my go-to florist from now on!

Very helpful and kind service. Jim was thorough and social and pleasant. Could not ask for more from a florist. Nice bouquets, fair prices and you can order online which is a big bonus for us.

Close to the pictures but the vase was entirely different. My girlfriend would have loved the gold one on the website. Having said that... The flower arrangement was stunning. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she'd ever received. They were very fresh, the smell was perfect, and the arrangement was artistic and modern. Happy with the delivery service as well.
