The person answering the phone is super rude. Hangs up on you, abrupt. Horrible human to put up with. This office is covering for my doctor. If it were my own doctor, I would rather wait at emerge to get help rather than put up with her attitude.

The secretary is very nice, and pleasant to speak tooThe doctor is very knowledgeable and is the only doctor I know especially nowadays that sits and listens to you and actually talks to you. I love this family practice and happy I made the choice to go here.

Lost most patients from Dr Bakers days. Secretary is most rude person ever. Loves to hangup on people. Do yourself a favour stay far away...total incompetance!

With his wrong diagnostic of illness he almost killed my mom, and he was very rude and unprofessional about it when we mentioned it to him.
