Justin came to our home and did an incredibly thorough job of testing our home's air quality. Everything from mold and fungi, chemicals, particulates, radon gas, carbon monoxide and dioxide, etc., on all three levels of our house. He was very professional and provided us with a complete report of what was done and how he did it as well as recommendations and conclusions. Great experience with ottawa air quality testing GBE Inc. Justin provided us with a quote and scope of work to test our home for toxic gases, mould, VOCs, ultra fine particles and more. They showed up with over $30,000 of calibrated intrumentation to perform the assessment and various samples, some had had to be sent to an analytical laboratory. The report was impressive. Very interesting.

We contacted Justin regarding a musty smell in the basement. He came and conducted an air quality test as well as measured the moisture in the walls and concrete floor. The air quality test came back indicating an elevated level of mold spores which are likely from the carpet installed on the concrete slab. We will replace the flooring and install the appropriate moisture barrier. It's a rare combination these days when someone is not only professional but also very enthusiastic and curious about what they're doing. Justin visited our home a couple weeks ago and performed quite a thorough testing of our house - from the basement area (our primary area of interest) to the 2nd floor. The final report that we received from Justin was as thorough as a scientific paper, yet written in a very accessible language. This whole experience was akin to a detective story: we suspected there was a problem in our basement and Justin's findings confirmed that some readings were very abnormal.As a word of advice to other readers: if your life is generally healthy but your health started degrading for whatever reason and no one can tell you exactly what the reason is - do yourself a favor and check the air.

They were very professional and tested our home with a variety of high-tech devices and equipment. Justin made a great attempt to discover indoor air quality issues, however he was unable to pinpoint anything. We were sent a list of general practices to improve and prevent air quality problems. Overall he made a great effort although it was quite expensive and not really worth it in my case.
