I have gone in a few times and there are always more staff than customers. One staff member ignored me when I got to the gun counter. I Stood there while a staff member had his back to me and refused to turn around and help me. Finally another staff member came to me from another section and helped.Not only that but went to return something, with a gift receipt, and was told they would not refund it. After finally arguing with them they gave me a partial refund, even with a gift receipt. ( which was $50 less than the receipt said) Only when I wrote a letter to the head office, and showing Wholesale Regina their response, was I given the full refund, but only in a gift card.Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Someone else will get the gift card. Not impressed. Will take my business elsewhere. Will make sure everyone I talk to knows.If I could give negative stars I would.I do feel sorry for the clerk who had to stand and watch the whole thing 3 different times. Stay strong something better will come along for you.

Nice selection of camping, hunting and fishing products. Decent regular prices. Less excessive markups.

The Wholesale sports in regina is the worst sporting goods store I have ever been to. The service is slow, and the staff is unhelpfull. There product selection is very limited and there ordering process is lengthy. If you are looking for sporting goods in Regina would recomend Cabelas.

Great place to find outdoor gear. Sadly it is closing down. Great closing out sale though!

The staff at the firearm desk are very helpful. Staff that really know what they are selling. Pretty good selection of firearms and ammo. Prefer this over Cabelas for prices and selection.

The products are great but the staff are less than enthusiastic to provide help in any sort of way. If you are looking for assistance with camping gear I would recommend taking your questions elsewhere and then come here as the price was still very good.

My husband and I just had the LAST bad customer service experience we are ever going to have at the Regina location.He had purchased some shoes that, after about 20 minutes of walking around the basement in, were not going to be comfortable so we went to the store to return them. When we arrived at the store we were the only customers there, yet we had to wait 10 minutes at the customer service counter for the correct sales representative while 6 visible staff members milled about. When the CSR finally came out of the back, after repeated pages, she proceeded to examine the soles of the shoes literally 2 inches away from her face, then told my husband that they were too dirty to return, that they would never be able to resell them. The shoes looked as good as when they came out of the box. When we questioned this decision she became hostile, defensive and argumentative.This is the last straw for him. He had been a loyal Wholesale Sports customer, purchasing firearms, ammunition, fishing and hunting gear but every time he went to the Regina location the service became worse and worse until this incident today broke the proverbial straw.It's a shame because we believe in supporting Canadian owned business'.

They've had the friendliest and most helpful service despite the store closing.

Nothing wholesale about this place just over priced goods and atrocious service. I was forced to select one star on google maps but a star is not what I would have picked.

the employees are very helpful they all know their stuff unlike the cabelas workers. the workers at the gun deck were especially helpful they are smart and know how to deal with people especially James and Paul both very knowledgable in every aspect of their job.
