Best store and service ever. The guy works at Don mills location helped me with my return is super accountable and friendly. Stretched himself to help me with tax difference from AB. Strongly recommend this store to anyone likes shopping the brand

I bought a jacket at the Toronto Eaton Center location of Oak+Fort, and was told of the return" policy which was 14 days. My parents bought me another jacket without telling me and so I went to return the one I bought a day later (not even 24 hours) and was told they only had an "exchange policy". They would not give me a refund even it was the staff that sleazily and conveniently did not mention that by return policy they meant exchange or store credit. I talked to the manager explaining the situation

Love the simplistic designs. I don't love everything, but one of my most favorite coats is from this store. It's so unique and the fabric is amazing. I get compliments all the time. Once again I am not a huge fan of everything, but they can have good pieces here and there.

The manager at this location has fantastic customer service. An item I want is sold out and she’s gone out of her way to try and accommodate me. I’ve told so many people about my experience with her while she’s supporting at the Eaton Centre and everyone has been blown away by her outstanding customer service. I can’t wait to visit this location once it reopens!

Manager and staff are phenomenal. They have a lot of great quality selections for everyday wear. My mom loves this place too :) excellent customer service! Keep it up!

These guys are nothing but fraud. Honestly, I am speechless. They charged me for 3 items in nov 25/2021. Never emailed me that items suddenly went out of stock. Then I email them in December to follow up. They reply back saying “hey it’s sold out we are sorry we will give your money back”. Now we are in March they have still not refunded my money. If you don’t know how to manage online shopping don’t do it. Clothes are good looking but customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone stay away from shopping w then on their online platform. Definitely a scam as they have held my money for months and not refunded it yet

Excellent customer service with nice design clothes here at this location! I bought a sweater online in April this year however the magnet anti-theft button was not removed. I went to this location in order to solve this problem. There were two young ladies who were really nice trying every method to remove the button for me successfully! I really appreciate their help. They absolutely went above and beyond my initial need. Big thumb up!

Don't bother if you're above a size 8. I went here today looking for a pair of pants and had a really negative experience. I was the only person in the store and no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. The biggest pair of pants I found was a size 8 and they were too snug, so I went to the cash and asked if they carried any pants in size 10. I was practically scoffed at and the person working told me in a really demeaning tone that although Oak + Fort makes size 10, they hardly order any for the store. Not sure what kind of values Oak + Fort are imparting on their employees and store managers (not sure I can blame the employee to be honest), but it was a really gross experience.

This store not only has poor management, but the manager is actually promoting a segregationist/racist culture. The manager disregards the basic merits of customer service: assisting customers in a timely manner. On top of this, she actively boxes individuals based on their first language/ethnic origin. She assumes that a person who speaks another language with a sales person from the same background, does not speak English and therefore, the person should only be assisted by the sales associate who speaks the same first language.
