The Windmill Country Market
This is a magical place to go if you need home decor, furniture, or groceries for an event or the weekend! Absolutely loved browsing the gifts and garden items. I took home some decor, a few different prepared salads (the beet salad is phenomenal!), and some gluten free baked goods, as well as other freezer and pantry items. If you’re gluten free, there will be things for you here!Make sure you reserve time to go through the whole building and start with the upstairs if you’re going home with groceries.

What can you say about the his place that's negative...nothing!!! They all were friendly, the bakery is incredible and the soup I had (carrot, coconut Thai) was out of this world. The place is a great stop for a daytripping experience for the area for sure and I will be back.

What an amazing accidental find! Beautiful store, great selection of meats, cheeses, desserts, fresh and frozen foods along with pantry items with some hard to find imported goods. Make sure to check out the furniture and gifts upstairs. There appears to be a small cafe but it wasn't serving food when I was there so will need to check that out another time.

The store and atmosphere is amazing! Unfortunately we were not able to try the food as we got there too late, that is the only reason for the 4 stars. When we go back to the area we will definitely try the restaurant. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit to this area.

Absolutely love this place brought my aunt here for lunch she loved it. Can have a delicious lunch and shop for food and gifts after all in the same building. Always enjoy my visits

The Windmill Country Market
It's a very unique place not just to take pictures at, but to buy special pastries, treats, and other goodies. It was busy inside and my family wasn't able to find a table to eat in, but they have picnic tables outside where you can eat while listening to the bells from the neighbor church.

On this visit, I purchased some wall art and a fresh loaf of 9 Grain Heartland bread. Prices are reasonable. There is a lot of selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Windmill Country Market offers a taste of delicious home cooking plus a trendy indoor market place with a fresh Bakery, fresh deli, cheeses frozen foods ... it's a must visit when in the Brant County area. Love it and their banana bread is just soooo good. Cheers, Spicy Jan

Love it. Very nice and welcoming. Good bread. Nice European (mostly Dutch) specialities. Friendly and smiling stuff. Busy place but well taken care of the week being off the customer. Love going here and always getting more than I was coming for.
