Great service. Now that our attic has the extra insulation it really feels warmer in our house. Really makes a difference. Billy did a great measuring and the guys that came to do the work were very professional. After the work was done, they left our house very clean. You wouldn't have known they were here, other than it was warmer than norma.

My husband and I hired RPM Home Team (Golden Horseshoe) to insulate our attic areas to help reduce heat costs and to save energy in both the Winter and Summer. Our home is large and heating and air conditioning can be expensive. Not only that but in the summer the upper level of our home is quite warm.From the meeting at our front door with Jacob; then with the sale person Bill through to the installers Damon and Jamie it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was on time, as promised and very efficient. They did their best to clean up (there will be dust when they leave so expect that) but they certainly respected our home and acted accordingly. We have just had this install completed so no update on the energy or costs savings as of yet but currently my experience is well received and would definitely recommend this company and the team.

I was very impressed with RPM Home Team. Yes, it was a door to door sales call but it was timely and after some research I decided to go with them as my attic desperately needed insulation upgrade after 40+ years. Billy did the initial testing, advised me of what was going on in the attic and provided pics. He also arranged for an energy audit so I could get a rebate. After booking the audit and the work, technicians Dan and Jamie arrived right on time and got the job done efficiently and with barely any mess plus provided after" pics so I could compare to the "before" pics Billy provided. This all happened within one week! I highly recommend RPM Team Golden Horseshoe if you are in need of insulation. They know their "stuff"

My first experience of this business was with Jacobus that came to my door to talk to me about RPM and what they do. He is very knowledgeable about the company and the service they provide. Within two days he had Robyn and Billy come to my house to inspect my attic and my issues and give me detailed notes on what was wrong and why and what the fix was. Again these two are also very knowledgeable in whats needed along with a fair price for the job. The next day they had Jamie and Damon come out to fix my issues. Everything was done in a timely manner along with full explanation and pictures of what my attic look like before and after the work was done. Everyone i dealt with from start to finish were all very informed and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company! Thank you.

We recently had RPM Home Services in our home to help make our home more energy efficient. The team was amazing, explaining everything from the process of installing the insulation to why it was important to get the mold removed in areas we didn’t know we had,plus instillation. We’d like to give out a special thanks to Thurike and Billy for their wealth of knowledge and were easy to talk to especially when a 6 month old wanted in on the conversation, as well as the amazing Techs Damon and Jamie for the efficient service and sharing their expertise with use. Amazing job!

I had my attic insulation reblown, some mold removed from interior sheeting, and installation/extension of new baffles.Very happy with the service provided by Dan and Damon! They were very polite and professional, and did a great job! I’m looking forward to some warmer temps in the house :)

RPM Cambridge did our Attic Insulation top ups last week. Initially, Rachel helped us get started at our door, then Robyn and Billy from the Cambridge office came and did all measurements and gave us a quote. Then Robyn and Billy helped me to get the Energy Evaluation done before they started work in a short period of time, and explained how we can claim energy rebates as well. They booked an appointment for Jamie and Damon to come in and to do the insulation. They came and spent several hours working on our attic and did a wonderful job, and even cleaned everything before they left. Overall, the whole team did a fantastic job, and I’m really grateful and truly satisfied with their services.

We are super impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at RPM. Billy took extra care in preparing and explaining the estimate to upgrade the insulation in our home as well as the process involved. We were able to get an appointment to have the work done on a schedule that fit ours really well. Dan and Damon did the work today. Again, they were professional, polite, took great care in their work, cleanup and explaining. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to our friends. An absolute pleasure to work with - really genuine, hardworking guys.
