I recently hired Sean from COAT Systems, my washrooms needed a major overhaul for a few years now but I delayed the process due to the lack of time. I run an Event Centre, and we specialize in Trade shows, Corporate Events Mon to Thurs and Social Events Fri to Sun. I've always priced out jobs to re-do the washrooms which the biggest end of it was the floor tiles which required too many days, if weeks, for the change over and let's not even discuss the mess and dust that would of taken over the 20,000 sq ft facility, they say good things come to those who wait!I met Sean, and he assured me no tiles would require to come off and the job would take only a few days with no fuss no mess, so I decided to make the move with Sean. I don't even think this testimonial can explain how happy I am, not only is Sean a professional, the job was done in only a few days...let's say 3?? Tile job would of took weeks, I didn't even know they were even in there working, no smell, no dust, no mess, not sure if it was because of the application or because the COAT System crew that worked the job were some of the best trades people I've ever seen and running a 20,000 sq ft facility believe me when I say I've seen a lot of trades people. They were efficient, very very neat and clean, they had respect for clients that were coming in to visit the facility, they were passionate on what they were doing and detailed about their work to the point of not even the human eye would of caught a glitch if even there was one.My existing clients that know the facility can't believe that the tiles were not removed, best investment I've ever done, it also helped my business tremendously, especially these days who doesn't need the extra push, everyone thinks we put new Marble flooring. I have pictures before and after to prove all of this, the Epoxy is clean, easier to clean rather than tiles. Don't even get me started on grout marks, we are a very heavy traffic facility roughly 2000 guests a week go through that facility so maintenance is a big thing, so maintenance free now, my existence department canteen over how much easier it is to keep clean and sanitary versus the tiles.I would recommend Sean's company to anyone looking for major update to flooring or just the fact of sanitary or safety issues versus tiles. The other great thing about this, in a few years, to keep up with the times, you just call up Sean and the floor can be re-done with a new look, being an Event Centre with fashions changing every 3yrs what an amazing asset this is not having to re-do tiles, I think everyone knows the Cost and headaches correct? Can you imagine this application in a house and/or basement, I think my next project is to update the main floor in my house and basement.Wishing COAT Systems all the best and these boys deserve to be busy, customer service at its best.Best RegardsSammy Stratigeas

definitely not on time and very rude about it. i booked appointment with them for a qoute at 1pm. I asked someone to go to the house and wait for them to come. After 2 hours no body went there. I called them asking what happened. the person on the phone told me he will look into it. around 3:30 someone called me saying that he had so many other appointments and he was so busy showing up for my appointment. The thing is he was not at all apologizing or feeling sorry that he kept us waiting for 3 hours ,saying this is the way it is. also he didn’t even care to call and let us know that he is is running late. not happy at all and won’t do bussiness with them. if they want to start like this god knows how they would be during the actual job.

Had a great experience with the guys from Coat systems. My basement floor looks awesome and was so good that I hired them back to my garage. Definitely would recommend these guys to do epoxy coating on your floor.

Tony and the crew were a pleasure to work with. Very professional job and garage transformation is night and day. Only sad thing is that I wish I did this sooner! Highly recommended.
