My friends catalytic converter was stolen at a Walmart parking lot so we had to find a muffler shop to take care of us to get us back on the road for a reasonable price. Not only did Shareef from Elmansi take care of us quickly, but he displayed the utmost professionalism by quickly addressing our problem in a timely and respectful manner. On top of that, he presented us with multiple affordable options in order to help us save the most amount of money. Not only was the service amazing, but the price was unbeatable by a landslide (I called maybe over 10-15 shops asking around for availability and best prices). Shareef even inspected the car for any mechanical issues as well to make sure nothing else was wrong with the car. I would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone

The service I received at this shop was beyond my expectations. Very grateful to have these guys in town; not only did the owner stay 2 hours past their regular hours, he managed to source and install the parts I needed to get back on the road. I would definitely recommend this mechanic shop. I brought my car in to the shop for suspension work and general maintenance. The car was ready in 2 days. Sherif is a great mechanic. He understood my late work schedule and even waited past closing to give me my car.

Basically the guy made me wait 3 days for the oil change just to tell the oil change price has gone up from $120 that was previously agreed on to $180 which is way more than what the dealer charges for oil change. Very unprofessional and total waste of time. Ended up taking my car somewhere else way cheaper
