i came in for an acrylic full set, and besides being hurt a tiny bit from the filing, (which was totally my fault because my nails were incredibly thin after waiting only a few weeks to get them done again after i pulled off my other set) the gentleman, Kulor did an amazing job. i haven't been this pleased with my nails in a while.

I've been to this nail salon under several occasions and have never had a bad experience up until today.When I went today, I was the ONLY person in the salon. I told Lin that I wanted a pedicure, foot massage and color and I only had 1 hour. Lin said no worries and told me it would be $28.There was a gentlemen that argued with me about the color I selected and then he made me sit in the chair for 15 minutes while he spoke with Lin.Lin was so distracted by other customer coming into the store and speaking to her staff that she often left me unattended. Before I knew it I only have 20 minutes left which is not enough time to apply polish. In my mind I thought, not a big deal I will come back tonight or tomorrow to have the polish applied but when I got to the cash she charged me $70 and that is not what she had told me at the beginning. She tried to tell me it was because I requested the message therefore it was an additional cost...For that, I will NEVER go again. Even if I was in desperate need.

It was okay but couldve been better. The lady who did my pedicure was fine but the lady who did my acrylics, not so much. Did not clean them at all. Its my first time putting acrylics on. I specifically asked them to clean them out first. Thot she was gonna do it after she did the fitting. But no. She kept sighing coz she cant put them on properly. Not even the coating was proper. Got home cleaned it up then redid the coating. For the amount I paid. Shouldve been better.

Definitely my go to place for nails and outstanding service. The salon is being renovated and soon to be under a new name. Went for nails this morning with my daughter and it did not disappoint. Friendly, kind and efficient! Excellent customer service Thank you for this morning and making our day ❤️

I had gotten my nails done last week and the lady had done a good job on my nails until 3 days later 2 of my nails had broken and 3 of my nails the shellac had started to come off. I’ve gotten my nails done for many years and never have my nails broken within a week yet alone a few days. I had made an appointment this week and explained what had happened so the gentleman that works there had fixed my nails but was very rough and a bit rude and rushed. when I had left I had to pay $30.00. I had questioned him as to why I had to pay again when the lady who had done my nails did not do it properly and I just got them done a week ago. I spent $70 for a full set plus a tip and now I have to pay another $30. This was very upsetting and I do not recommend this nail salon and will not be returning. Even if I’m desperate to get my nails done I will not return here!

Decided to try this place as opposed to going to my regular nail salon and well, big mistake!Let’s start off by saying that the woman that worked on my nails was on the phone and not paying attention to what she was doing to my nails. She had sanded my nails down to the point that it started to HURT. I do my nails REGULARLY with bio gel and this was the first experience in which I experienced real pain while getting my nails done. She was rough, and it didn’t seem like she cared for what she was doing, it’s like I was getting my nails done by the Incredible Hulk except they were not incredible. I was then switched to another nail tech who did WAY, WAY better job but at this point my nails were already ruined. My perfect stiletto nails look like mini triangles on my fingers. Never going back!

Four weeks of retention of my acrylic nails with no lifting, broken nails, or damage. This is my new go-to nail spot after being happy with my nails and enjoying the service they provide. The lady who did my nails was very nice and I was able to have a nice conversation while feeling comfortable the whole nail appointment.

I went for a pedicure with acrylics on my toes. The man laughed at my request and continued laughing when I asked for French and for the length. Made me very uncomfortable and he didn't file the edges down, they were so sharp. I had to file them myself when I got home. For $90, it definitely wasn't worth it. Very disappointed and won't ever go back. Don't go here

My favourite place ! They do a great job. Have multiple colours. Different types of nails and also have Gelee which is rare to find. The colour selection for shellac is awesome as well as the mood colours and chrome. The service is great. If your a regular customer you know what I'm talking about ! They are personal and friendly and do not rush you out at all. The massage on pedicures and manicures. You'll be in heavy. It's a great place. Clean and new. And I am a very picky person. I'm very particular on my nails and feet. And germs. This place hands down wins the nail salon for me in Bolton.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. This is my first time ever writing a review so that’s how livid I am with this awful place.The lady worked on my “pedicure” for about 5 minutes and saying 5 minutes it’s even being generous. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I will NEVER go back here.. I don’t recommend anyone coming to this salon.I am leaving on vacation and now going with a hack pedicure. She left my toenails with no shape and crooked with cuticles/deadskin on every toe. She gladly took all my money and did not offer a discount even though I was trying to be calm and as nice as possible.CROOKS.
