Murray Kia Abbotsford

We recently purchased a Carnival from here and had a great experience.After emigrating to Canada from the UK a few years ago we've had a couple of leases (with Nissan and Toyota) before buying this Carnival. This (Kia) is by far the best experience we've had. The process and the team were excellent.Sahaj, the sales person who helped with the purchase, kept us informed along the way and was great - friendly and professional.Alysha, Finance Manager, was extremely helpful, again friendly and professional. She helped us get the best deal and we came away confident and happy.Braeden, showed me around the new car, explained everything to me before leaving. Again, great friendly service.Also, as a side note - while waiting for our Carnival to arrive, they temporarily provided us with a vehicle to tie us over as our previous lease had ended - what amazing service!Overall they were friendly, patient, and professional staff. We would definitely go to Murray Kia Abbotsford again in the future and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.Thanks to everyone for your help.Dan

3 kids and 1 adult waiting for pick up to get their vehicle. Two days notice. 1 day notice. Reminder calls and conversations confirming pick up time 3:45...only to be picked up 4:02. Traffic was the issue...apparently google maps not working. Had we been called, provided notice then an uber could have been arranged so other engagements would not be missed.

We were looking for a vehicle that meets our needs, and although we didn’t buy our car from here due to some personal reasons, Jeff was a very helpful guy and patient with us and spent a lot of time guiding and helping us to make a best decision.Also Katherine in financial service was very friendly and knowledgeable and she explained everything clearly without forcing us to buy.We experienced a nice and comfortable atmosphere with them.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ranvir a few weeks go with purchasing a new Kia Seltos for my mom. The whole experience was amazing. We landed on the Seltos because my mom has troubles getting into a car. The Seltos was a great fit because she can easily get in and out of the vehicle and the size is just right!The sales managers, Travis and Dave were very friendly as well as the Finance lady Alysha. Great environment there at Murray Kia!

I had the best car buying experience today With Alisha and Mike, was so stress free, no pressures. So helpful and just relaxing and I walked away so happy they are so awesome. We were in the market for a Telluride, based off of information and research from the internet, so I went to test drive one at Kia in Abby. I got to test drive a staff members vehicle because there were not any on the lot.We knew they were not even being ordered and basically at that time could put a deposit down and see whatever color and trim comes in, we would be first come first serve.We test drove another 7 seater SUV elsewhere and decided on it instead. It felt more truck like to us.Well, that other brand decided that the vehicle we waited months for, would come with premium finishes we would basically be forced to pay for.We decided to take our deposit back and after further reflection and some car troubles decided we couldn't order another 7 seater and wait umteen amount of months for it to arrive.So after doing some research of my own I figured the Sportage would be possibly the next best thing.I still had Mike's cell # from the questions about the Telluride. He responded to my texts quickly. One was coming in, he had the Financials to us that day.We were able to put a deposit on the vehicle over the phone which I appreciate with a 6 month old baby and not living in Abbotsford.Once the vehicle came in, we test drove it and actually loved how it felt more truck like than the Telluride!The back is huge! I was afraid it would be small like the Nissan Rogue. For comparison, my stroller takes up the entire back of a Rogue. In the Sportage, I can fit a cooler, my stroller and boxes from Costco ;)The tech in it is off the charts, and this is just the EX trim -- best value in our opinion.We had exceptional service from Alycia, the finance manager. She was so genuinely friendly. I ordered mats for the vehicle and a week later when I went in, she recognized me, got my mats, and even offered to put them in for me (in 40 degree weather might I add..)I lost my prescription sunglasses in the process of everything the day we bought the Sportage.... everyone helped to look for them.. and they were found a few days later. I received a text message and they were put aside for me.Customer Service is nearly non-existent anymore. It is hard to actually find good people who smile at work, who genuinely want to help you. As an ex people manager, I appreciate happy, helpful, kind staff. It has to be written about and shared.I haven't used the service side of this dealership yet, but if the sales side left any impression on me, I think it's safe to say we made a good decision.Thank you Mike. Well, it’s the first time that I’ve ever not purchased a Honda vehicle and the experience was absolutely amazing! I think the best part is when we got to hit the gong after I made the purchase!

My husband and I just purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival from Murray Kia Abbotsford. First off, the Kia Carnival is amazing. This vehicle is made to be comfortable, convenient, spacious, and safe for families. Our family of 6 fits comfortably and we still have extra space.. yes I said extra... its insane - 20/10 stars. I highly suggest looking at this vehicle for your family and at Kias warranty package - the best in the industry.As for our experience, from the second we walked in to the second we left, we were treated with kindness and respect.Buying a new vehicle can feel overwhelming and intimidating. However,Alysha McLean and Mike Spencer were beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. We've had buyers remorse before and for the first time we're thrilled about our purchase as we were able to make informed decisions. The staff stayed late to finish our sale and Mike even personally unwrapped our vehicle for us so we could take it home that night.
