What can I say, this is White Spot. The service is good and so is the food. We came in on a Friday evening and it was busy as expected. Our server was fabulous, made our night. There are new menu items. The fried dill pickles were great.

My burger was burnt, and my fries were cold and barely cooked. The service was good. The restaurant looked run down.I normally love White Spot, but this was not good. It was my first and only time at this location.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on a sunny Sunday (holiday weekend). The restaurant was quite busy but the front end staff welcomed and seated people politely and promptly.Our server was Brittany along with Emily (trainee). Service was superb. Friendly and quick. I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger ($19.99, see photo). This was one of the best burger experiences I have had at this White Spot. Burger was cooked perfectly, fresh bun, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Plenty of fries and coleslaw. An excellent and delicious lunch.

We visited this place around 1 pm.All tables were occupied. We were seated in 2 minutes.Servers were friendly and engaging.They really look after their diners to make sure that they get good dining experience around them.We ordered Double double burger with Cole slaw and fries , and Beef dip with ceasar salad. Nothing extraordinary about the food.We tipped because of the staff friendliness.

Went there recently. Excellent customer service , however the food portions relatively smaller and taste is a 2/5. The grilled chicken burger had small size breast piece also haddock burger was again a smaller haddock piece. Verh disappointed !!

Washroom is dirty. The toilet seat wiggles for over a year in female washroom. I have a feeling no staff pays attention to customer’s washroom makes me feel wonder how they keep other area clean.Service is always decent.

I was at the car hop side. The manager at the time helped me solve a problem with the gift card I had. The regional manager also checked in with me. The food was tasty and fresh. I loved the fries.

We came in a little after lunch time, people are just finishing up as we were coming in, there was not much wait time before we were seated which was good. The server was very nice, friendly and fast. I ordered the Alredo Pasta and my husband ordered chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were Okay - just chicken fingers and that's kind of expected :) The Alfredo pasta however was tasty but I think It was overly saucy, to the point that it looked like soup. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, nothing extraordinary, not a bad experience either.

White spot used to be my favourite restaurant. Unfortunately, after my latest experience at this location that changed. We were served burgers in which the bread bun was actually wet, not just soggy but wet. I've attached pictures as I was shocked it was served this way. Because of this we had to order another burger which took an additional 30 minutes. I understand that it was somewhat busy however we had already waited 40 minutes to receive our food initially. Aside from the food, the restaurant itself was not very clean. The glasses too were not very clean. I felt very uncomfortable at this location and definitely will not be returning. The staff were not being very helpful either, they did not check in on us, refill waters, etc. We ended up just paying cash because we couldn't get a hold of our server. We also spoke to the manager who didn't seem too bothered about any of this - which was even more concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
