I went here with my son yesterday since it was his first pair of glasses ever. Only 1 person working who sat at his desk and did not get up and approach the couple who had come in right before us or offer help to us either. First of all - they don't seem to have heard that the CDC has stated that the pandemic is over. They still have a large sign requiring hand sanitizer at the door. No acknowledgement of us at all until my son had tried on 6 pairs of glasses and then the salesperson only came over to complain telling us to put the glasses tried on in a tray after trying them. As soon as he said that he immediately walked away. He did not come back for several minutes and only after being called over as we had several questions. Very poor service, poor attitude, we did not feel valued as customers and I decided at that point that I will not be going back!

staff are nice, specially Paul, did a good job, very friendly and welcoming. He help my 8 y.o. son having his first pair of eye glasses. Surely recommend Hakim.

Bought a pair of glasses around 2 and a half months ago. The customer service up to this point was good and the glasses seemed alright, if a little flimsy/fragile. Shortly after I got them, one of the temples proceeded to fall off with very little force applied to it. I went to Hakim to ask them if they could fix it, and was met with a sales representative who was extremely disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. Ended up having to get it fixed at a great local jewelery store. Now a month after that incident, the other temple fell off as I was changing. Again something that should not happen with barely any force applied to the glasses. I have never had a pair of glasses that felt so cheap. Poorly made, overpiced, flimsy glasses and horrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend.

I came in to fix my sunglasses. It's missing a screw. Ramandeep fixed my glasses within minutes. Great service and very professional. Will def come back!! Highly recommended

Been waiting for my glasses for over 3 and a half weeks, called twice to see if there was any word and still nothing on them. Was told there were ten pairs needed to be cut and sized before mine, and three and a half weeks seems unreasonable

Went shopping for glasses yesterday. Super helpful and efficient service. Would recommend to anyone wanting professional, clean and friendly environment. Excellent prices. Very satisfied customer.

I have been visiting this place for years. Today I phoned to pick up my glasses after 2 weeks.The person who answered the phone told me that the glasses were ready to pick up.I went there and I was able to pick up one pair. The receptionist told to come back in one hour for the second pair. When I returned after 2 hours, the receptionist just told me the last pair of glasses it was not ready yet.In summary, I just waisted my day off morning and I’ll have to go back again to get the last pair or glasses.Very bad service. I won’t return there again and I won’t recommend.

Didn't buy anything, I was just looking. Prices seemed a little high. Lots of variety. Pushy sales rep.

Excellent customer service, easy to deal with, had to wait a few weeks to get my eye exam but the optician was super friendly, and fixed my glasses when they broke as well.
