Katrina was extremely helpful. She showed me all of the options, knew the product well. She was very friendly and down to earth. I was shopping for a dishwasher, she helped me find one that was in stock, and was able to take it home right away. Overall a positive experience.

Our trip here was just supposed to be shopping for prices. But once we arrived we met a very professional knowledgable sales associate named Mike R. He's also a local business owner and his family has been selling beds mostly for a very long time. It didn't take very long for his knowledge and skills on the sales floor to begin to sway us in a good way. When we walked in we didn't know exactly what we wanted in terms of a new couch or bed that we were pricing for. When we left we left with exactly what we wanted in both fields. The discounts we were able to get through Mike were without a doubt second to none! I can also confidently say the Brick has without a doubt the best choice of inventory in the entire city (we checked around believe me) nobody could offer what we found in terms of both comfort and amazing prices. Super professional guy. On fact he might also be the best salesmen I've encountered in thos city as well. My hat is off to the Brick for saving me around 6000 dollars on a sofa loveseat combo and king size bed! 10/10 recommend you ask for Mike R when you arrive.

Came in to the store to browse furniture. We were met by Mike R at the front of the store. We had the best experience I have ever had at a retail outlet. Mike was not pushy and openly honest about the value of each piece of furniture we looked at. We were given a valuable lesson on buying beds and are thrilled about the recent purchase of a new bed as well as a new couch and loveseat. Thank you Mike for the best experience buying furniture.

I was approached by a very vibrant and soon to find out knowledgeable and professional sales person by the name of Katrina.She assisted with everything I needed and required and was so very helpful with her insight and knowledge it made it a very great experience.My new place will look and feel like a professional designed and furnished it and has been a great experience to see a young lady that really cares for her customers and goes above and beyond to make it a rewarding experience on both ends.
