Nestlé Purina Petcare

My dog has been on Purina Pro Plan from 8 weeks old and is doing fabulous. Her coat is glossy, skin clean and is at a great weight. I get alot of compliments on her coat and I tell them its the food (and having an amazing owner who looks after her).My previously two dogs were feed Pro Plan too.Purina has the highest standards for their food and ingredients. Think about it, all they do is make pet food!! So don't listen to some of these Trolls on here, they have nothing better to do than complain or spend all day reading fake reports from the internet. Sigh. This company stands behind their products. Not alot of other companies do.

can't trust this company after their terrible response when i told them about the breeder they were supporting was giving out expired coupons and they just did nothing. didn't even reply when i questioned them further. they are a terrible company supporting terrible breeders. don't care about the animals at all.

What the heck is this in my pet's food??? I have been purchasing Purina One for my dog's meals and never had a problem until this last bag. I was scooping food out of the bag for my dog and thought there was some weird stringy material in it but figured maybe it's just from the thread of the package. I would continue to find more bits as the days went on and I would feed my dog as usual, but the past 3 days, she suddenly started having diarrhea. Today, I bought a big plastic container to store her food for cleanliness and organization and found MORE of this weird stringy stuff throughout the food! This is disgusting! I can't believe this could happen or be missed by the manufacturer! This is clearly poor manufacturing practice. I am so disappointed.

I am truck driver. I have delivered a lot of loads at this site. I shouldn't hesitate to say that the lady who is working mostly in evening who is handaling paperwork she is out of her mind . she doesn't know that how to speak and deal with human beings.I am company driver so it is my bad luck to go there again and again ..Give some respect to truckers.

Seems to have good food (my cat was on Purina for 16 years) but not enough details shown on the label...no info on the carbs(which are essential for all pets and especially for diabetic pets, life and dead important). Their customer service is a disaster, can't get info about carbs whatsoever - 4 weeks later after the confirmation that they are looking into it and I still wait for an answer. Seems like they don't care at all about their customers. Disappointed.

This brand do not care about health of our pets. cats food is lower in quality then less expensive competitors. the cats litter is worth product on Canadian market even it cost more then no name litter. Purina should be banned from retail
