This is my first experience at mucho burrito, delicious food and perfect portion. Whole staff was very friendly, clean restaurant and best customer service.

We order a burrito bowl and it was very good and fresh it. I loved it the fajitas veggies on it. Great amount of food for a fair price :). If you are not to hungry you can even share it. For me the bowl is too big ,so I could share it if my hubby.

I’ve eaten here several times and I can say the food is always fresh and the amounts are the normal Mucho Burrito sizes. However, my experience yesterday was not the best in the customer service area. The girl who helped me ( I didn’t get her name) was not friendly at all. You know when someone’s providing a service for you and you just know that they hate having to do it? That’s how it felt. Her facial expressions and body language were so off putting. I work in customer service and I know we all have bad days but this girl could learn some basics, like smile, answer with words when the client asks for an extra napkin instead of making faces and breathing heavily. This was Dec 30 at around 630pm

Really nice place in the whole food court to grab a bite. Manager is so friendly and helpful. In fact, she also seems nice with her staff to which leads to better service to customers by everyone. Clean place and quick service too!

Usually Mucho Burrito is my go to at the mall bc it is the healthier option. But today I spent $15 on a half portioned chicken bowl bc lettuce and quinoa were not available. The staff did not offer more veggies (i did ask but to no avail) just be warn that this store cannot measure up to other locations. My last time buying from this place.

My husband and I popped in here to pick up a quick lunch, and we were so impressed! Fantastic friendly service, the food was very fresh, and the owner who was on site, was kind and chatted with us for a while! We highly recommend this spot!

Hello, I got food from here yesterday and I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but this was terrible. I was greeted poorly from the start, attitude was given when I would ask simple questions about the different prices of meats overall the costumer service was terrible, very disappointed. When assembly my food the employee put only 3 pieces of chicken on my $15 dollar chicken burrito bowl!! A pinch of veggies and a pinch of lettuce as well as one line of sour cream!! Such a waste of money. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

I used to love this place. Over the years it continues to decline. Last night the burrito I had was disgusting. The steak was over cooked and tasted like it was a week old. The veg was scrapped out of the bottom of the pan, they must have been there for hours. They were soggy and void of any flavour. I agree with the others that the 4 topping cap is disappointing, and the toppings were not good. The corn was slimy and the chick peas were like card board.

I just family taco takeout from this location. There was barely any pulled pork, no vegetables, and no cilantro, which I specifically asked for. I’ve ordered it many times from this location. It seems to depend on who is working whether it’s decent. Tonight it was anything but.
