A perfect stopping point along the Matapédia River heading toward Mont-Joli. This one stop gave us the opportunity to eat, rest, toilet break, and see some sights.You can access the river, see an art exhibit, gift shops and ever cross a bridge to a playground for kids.

Wonderful museum about the salmon river and it’s history. They found a guide who spoke excellent English and really helped us understand the history. You don’t need to be a fisherman to like the place, it’s a great place of social history. Well worth a stop
