I purchased my Grand Wagoneer from Big4 with the help of sales associate Adam Greene. He was genuine, informative and friendly. Everything was very easy and I felt well taken care of. Would highly recommend buying from Adam to anyone!

I went to Big 4 to get an oil change and a tire rotation but forgot that the warranty had just expired and the service was no longer free. Also had some other work that needed immediate attention that would have cost me over $1000.00 All the work completed was done at no cost. This is the kind of service that you hear horror stories over. I was not much over the 100 000km limit but the dealer did not make me pay for the work. I understand there is a fine line and discretion that is required here. But since I was well taken care of and the dealer went above and beyond I will never buy another vehicle again unless it is from Big 4!!!!! Thank you so much.

When we had electronic issues with our Jeep Wrangler that couldn’t be fixed, we prepared ourselves for the worst, thinking we’d have to fight to be treated fairly. Instead, Big 4 Motors went above and beyond, dealing the the situation in a manner that was more than fair, and that greatly reduced our anxiety. They sourced out another vehicle like ours and took care of everything. They treated us with kindness, respect and professionalism. We went from our broken down vehicle to a loaner, to our replacement, never being without a car. The service from Big4 was outstanding!

Peter was my sales guy and was so accommodating and thoughtful.
