Paid for express shipping for an item April 6th 2023 which is supposed to be 1-2 business days. And now Ive been told my item isnt expected till april 17th 2023. Total rip off and false advertising. If you order from them than dont waste your money for the express shipping.

Bought some True Tf9’s but they were feeling a little off out of the box due to the larger steel I’m not use to. Took them to Max Performance to get them profiled /sharpened and they provided me the information I needed to choose the right profile for my play style. I stepped onto the ice the same day and they were perfect. Thanks to everyone at max performance - you guys are the best.

Phil and his staff were incredibly helpful in getting me set up with the right pair of Graf skates. I had an incredibly hard time getting any help with finding a replacement for the Graf skates I grew up playing in, but Max Performance we're super helpful, including shipping different sizes for me to try on before landing on the final skate. Can't recommend a better shop. Thanks so much!!!

Excellent service! I've been with them since their humble beginning at a tiny store back in 2016 and the service's always great- Adam even remembered me after taking years of break! Great sharpening and caring customer services, and they've helped me add shims to my skates as I have a particular need for my skates and made great suggestions when I was starting out in hockey.

I needed parts for luggage repair. Yes, you read that correctly. One wheel on my trusty 2-wheeled Samsonite carry-on luggage broke on a recent trip. I wanted to replace both wheels with in-line/roller blade wheels for better durability. The technician at Max Performance spent the time with me to find all the bits and pieces of axles, bearings, and spacers of the right size plus wheels I needed to fit the plastic housing. The bag rolls better than when new! And now being standard in-line skate parts, I won't be stuck, I can repair the wheels while on a trip.Max-Performance is a bit hard to find (May 2022) in the construction zone along West Broadway. It's in the middle of the block, 345 West Broadway, north side opposite No Frills groceries. Go up a few steps from the sidewalk. Staff are super friendly and helpful.[September 2022] The first repaired/modified roll-aboard worked great. Went back to Max-Performance for more rollerblade wheels, axles and bearings. Both roll-aboards now roll so smoothly and quietly on sidewalks and through airports. Staff were great helping find all the bits and pieces I needed.

This is the best shop in town to get skates sharpened. I trust them more than any other place. If you have new skates, definitely bring them here to get a profile put on the blades. It makes a big difference.

I have made two online orders and has been disappointing both times. First order came in and was not the same product listed, they thankfully retuned it. Second order, firstly they forgot to ship my order when I finally called almost two weeks later. I get the order, they “upgraded” a product without calling or notifying us as an apology for missing our order written on a note in the package. Now it’s NOT an upgrade when it’s not the product I wanted, is the product I chose to not get due to features and was only 4$ more. I emailed twice about wanting the product I ordered not the “upgrade”, to be ignored on both emails.
